I've always been such a slut for everything mythology, cryptozoology, paranormal, folklores etc etc that it's just impossible to choose one.\nBut eventually I had to settle on an old favorite of mine from my own neighborhood: the Huldra.\n\nThe Huldra has different names depending on region (from the area in Sweden where i'm from specifically she goes by the name \"Skogsrået\"). She is a forest sprite in the form of a stunningly beautiful woman, what sets her apart from humans however is her back, which is said to be \"hollow like an old tree trunk\", and her tail.
