"description": "Aaand since we've posted Anaïs, let's post Naunet as well! Her better half, the ying to Anaïs yang~\n\n[i]The Solar. \nA sultanate located in the lowland deserts between the dunes run by Sons of the Sands, and the great grass plains of the Clan of Stripes. However, it is a very poorly kept secret that the Solar's sultan isn't the one in charge.\nHe is merely a puppet operated by the high priests and priestesses of the Solar Temple, their cult-like sun worshiping religion. They believe that the sun is a goddess that brought all of life into existence. She is a benevolent goddess that brings life essential light and warmth to the world. However, she is also fickle and quick to wrath, capable of burning the world with her scorching rage. \nBut that isn't what the Solars fear the most; they fear that if gone unpraised for much longer will cause the sun to simply leave. Nights and solar eclipses are warnings from the sun of what will happen if she abandons them: eternal darkness and a cold that will freeze them to the bone.\nTo stop this fate they will do anything to spread the word.\nOr, at least that's all alleged!\n\nWhat is certain however, is that they for some reason has a very different view of Shomari and his crusade. For reasons still not disclosed to him, the Solars never tried to fight off the approaching invader. Instead, before Shomari could even send his messengers from the border, the Solars sent their own and invited him. \nOfcourse he was initially skeptical and didn't trust immediately, but the Solars were quickly able to prove to him that they wished to serve and aid him in his quest. And as one of the many tokens of their good faith they too gave him a female to serve him in his harem. One who volunteered happily.\n \nNaunet was a prodigy in the Solar Temple. She was young, but thanks to her devotion rose quickly in the ranks and was set to make it as a high priestess before not too long.\nBut with Shomari's arrival one of their high priestesses received a vision, and from a long list of volunteers Naunet was picked to serve Shomari.
