a concept for Loli Ninjas, and I got inspired to make my own. So, here's a set of lovely lolicon ninja, of the Kagehada (Shadow Skin) Clan, who have mastered a ninja art in which the less clothing they wear, the greater their ability to hide themselves in, to the point of being able to stand butt naked in broad daylight in a crowd, and STILL be unnoticed. It's actually a kind of \"clouding men's mind\" psychic effect, switchable at will, and can be targeted, allowing a ninja to make themselves visible to one or more target, but invisible to anyone else.\n\nThey can also exploit this mind cloud effect to affect the emotions of those they do allow to see them, either making themselves so nondescript that remembering any details about them is impossible, or imprinting their image inside their minds to make them unforgettable.
