  "description": "Vlad was a fairly early character in Monsterville's development. For a long time he was just a tag along for his wife and was merely a yes man at work. However after the Real Tridot plot started to develop so did Vlad. As his involvement got a little too close for comfort for some people a counter plot was made implying that he had foolishly been aiding and abetting the criminals without his own knowledge. That stuck and then he was written into other plots as a fool who kept turning up in the wrong place at the wrong time and doing the wrong things. Eventually that evolved into the idea that he was working for someone who was trying to stop the criminal activity in Diegoltun. Fans then countered that by making it so that when the main characters point out the obvious coincidences, Vladimir proudly admits it was his plan all along. That was further countered by it being pointed out that he's been played like a fiddle by all the bad guys totally ruining his credibility. A rather hopeless character he really only came into his own when he was made playable and then it was easy to write that occasionally he hit onto something. That then meant that even with his stupid bungling the criminals were playing their cars too close to home and in a round about way Vlad actually played a key role in the apprehension of the criminals in the end. Via that his character became a lot more rounded into what we see today.",
