Part 2
(Readers chose: “Wait until night, then sneak into town to ask the local mage guild for help”)
With her mind made up, our adventurer gingerly sat down on a log with her now soaked padding and simply waited. She tried her best not to get bored. Snacking on some spare rations, counting her precious coin again and using her clawed feet to draw circles in the dirt. Just before sunset, the Kobold’s stomach rumbled.
At first she believed she was hungry again and prepared to take out more rations, but halted as a heavy pressure built in her bowels. Her knees buckled and she held her tummy. She couldn’t remember the last time she had pooped and was not ready to even think about using this diaper. Instead she paced and desperately watched the sun setting slowly.
Once it was dark enough, she snuck into town, sticking to the shadows while trying to keep the crinkling down. Few people were out at this time, and the few who were didn’t see her. At last she entered the door to the mages guild and found the lobby area to be nearly empty. A single dragonborn girl sat at a desk and briefly looked up at her,”Hm… little one you should be in bed at this hour.”
The Kobold huffed and blushed at being called ‘little one’ and marched up to the desk,”Hey I’m a full grown Kobold! And my name is Mira!”
The Dragonborn shot her a glare,”Well for a full grown Kobold you sure have a strange choice of clothing.”
“T-that’s why I’m here! I’m an adventurer you know! While I was out I slipped up and… got this cursed thing stuck to me! I-I need to know how to get it off!” Mira said in a nearly demanding tone.
The annoyed Dragonborn sighed and stared down at the little Kobold,”If I break this little curse you will leave me alone? I’m not fond of favors for stray adventurers.”
The Kobold thought for a moment, being reminded quickly of her bodily needs and agreed,”Sure!”
The Dragonborn stood up,”A simple spell breaking curse it is then.”
Mira watched in awe as the claw of the dragonborn lit up with a bright light, pointing at the pink designed diaper. But as the light passed over the tapes, the entire diaper glowed a dark purple, and the light quickly fizzled out and notably forced the Dragonborn to stumble back in surprise.
Mira felt like her poor bowels were being suddenly overwhelmed with an unnatural force and caused her to grab at her scaly butt. She let out an undignified moan before stopping in her tracks. The purple glow faded and her tail raised on its own accord. Her eyes widened and jaw dropped once the inevitable began.
The Dragonborn stared in shock and held her snout, a bit of sympathy struck her heart as she watched the helpless kobold’s diaper suddenly stretch and sag with the start of a squishy mess. Crackling and squelching noises were heard by both of them as more logs of mush piled up. The Kobold kept huffing and grunting as her poopy accident wouldn’t stop. Finally the mess had pushed to the front of the pamp and slightly stained her diaper brown as her tail lowered over her mushy butt.
The Dragonborn sighed,”Well hopefully you at least feel better. It’s obvious to me now that this item needs a ritual to break its curse. That means you’ll need to find a book with the proper instructions on how to do it. If I were you, which I’m glad I’m not, I would either check the archives or perhaps go back to the location you got stuck with this thing in the first place…”
Mira shamefully nodded, not seeing an alternative,”Alright, but it’s still stuck to me! H-how am I supposed to walk around in this thing?”
The Dragonborn gave her a pitiful look,”Sorry, smelly, you’re probably just stuck with it for now. I can’t help you. You should get going fast before you stink up the whole lobby.”
Traumatized with embarrassment, Mira took her advice, and gingerly waddled out of the building with a load in her diaper and a blush on her face.
She now had to decide:
1. Head straight to the archives to try and find a book with some answers.
2. Head back to the dungeon in the woods where she could look for someway to break the curse from the source
3. Find a cozy spot to sleep in the woods and figure it out later
