This time had passed with the death of Mufasa the former King of the Pride Lands, a ruler who was beloved and respected by all, save for his conniving brother and current King...Scar. Scar had murdered his brother during a stampede several years ago, tossing him into the mass of wildebeest himself and assuming his throne, the lion also sending his loyal hyenas after his one nephew Simba to ensure no one challenged his rule. But Scar...was anything but a righteous King.\n\nHe was selfish and cruel, bringing in the hyena’s to rule alongside the lions...but this had disastrous results for their world. The hyena’s forced the lionesses to over hunt thus throwing off the delicate Circle of Life, over time turning the once thriving utopia into a barren wasteland. The lionesses were starving and Scar refused to let them leave the Pride Lands in search of food, condemning them to death...but Sarabi, the wife of the late King had a plan. She had sent one of her most trusted lionesses Nala out in search of food beyond their borders, but instead of food she found something else that would prove very useful to her and her world; a strange trio of heroes. Their names were Sora, Donald and Goofy in the forms of a lion cub, a tropical bird and a tortoise.\n\nThese three were normally much different looking in other worlds, being a human and an anthropomorphic duck and dog but due to a powerful magic were able to blend in with the worlds inhabitants and speak with them. The three were lasting friends on a mission to save the worlds from the evils of Organization IXIII, their travels having taken them to several different worlds thus far with the Pride Lands being their latest stop. Sora had learned that his good friend Simba lived on this world from Nala and the other lionesses, though they presumed him dead as a cub. However once Nala learned that Simba was still alive, she became overjoyed, hopeful that her childhood friend was still out there somewhere. Sora and friends equally happy to help reunite the two and help save the world from the evil Scar as well as the Heartless that had followed the vile Pete whom the group had been driving off from world to world.\n\nThey eventually found Simba and convinced him to return from hiding and assume his rightful place as King, returning to Pride Rock where he challenged Scar for the throne (of sorts) and a mighty battle unfolded. The other lionesses learned the truth of Scar’s paw in the murder of Mufasa and revolted against him and the hyena’s, leaving Sora and crew to battle the heartless summoned by Pete. Simba defeated Scar but not before Pete revealed he had given his heart to darkness and turned into a mighty Heartless, this made Sora and friends step into the battle atop Pride Rock where the fate of the land would be decided. Scar gained access to magic he never would have known otherwise, making the battle formidable as Scar leaped about the battlefield with spell and claw and fang bared. But in the end he was felled and Simba took his place as rightful ruler of the Pride Lands with Nala as his queen and his mother Sarabi overjoyed to have her son back and her home restored.\n\nAfter the battle, Sora and his friends had to say goodbye to Simba and the others as their mission wasn’t finished just yet, but they would hopefully return one day. Simba thanking his friends for all they had done as he prepared on how to be a successful King like his father. Nala and Sarabi would help guide him until he could stand on his own paws, but Simba thought of Sora and how he seemed to have left without a proper reward. He remembered his first journey with the boy, how it had been a long and arduous one, and right at the end he wasn’t even allowed to return to his home. The other lionesses learned the truth of Scar’s paw in the murder of Mufasa and revolted against him and the hyena’s, leaving Sora and crew to battle the heartless summoned by Pete. Simba defeated Scar but not before Pete revealed he had given his heart to darkness and turned into a mighty Heartless, this made Sora and friends step into the battle atop Pride Rock where the fate of the land would be decided. Scar gained access to magic he never would have known otherwise, making the battle formidable as Scar leaped about the battlefield with spell and claw and fang bared. But in the end he was felled and Simba took his place as rightful ruler of the Pride Lands with Nala as his queen and his mother Sarabi overjoyed to have her son back and her home restored.

After the battle, Sora and his friends had to say goodbye to Simba and the others as their mission wasn’t finished just yet, but they would hopefully return one day.
