The Drunken Chains is a weapon she created when she was younger. The name of the weapon says it all, when the chains wraps around its victim they'll start to get really drunk and the effects will only last for 3 hours. She pours what she calls "Drunk Powder" onto her chains and uses magic to make it work. She'll rarely use it unless she either wants to or to just get an advantage. 
Delilah is actually the reincarnation of the RoyalWolf Goddess
Was suppose to be alpha of her pack along side her older brother, Akato, but thanks to Naga and Khali destroying all of the everything except for the temple and killing all RoyalWolves except for herself and her brother, that was ruined
