Characters and story by me
Springleaf and Juju enjoy a late autumn day together, though as usual the pair can not keep their paws off of one another and one thing leads to the next. For Springleaf he questioned if their relationship was just based around sex though as he is lifted up onto Juju and is bounced up and down on him the Skitty found himself not worrying about such a silly thing. The two of them have been together for a long time now, nearly as long as he has been away from home with the pair meeting while on the Skitty's journey to Unity City so he could join the guild there. They have endured season after season together, conquered dungeons and missions that sometimes put the other's life in danger and here they were, together in this home together, on this cool autumn day...covered in the other's saliva and egg making milk. It was an odd feeling, one that Springleaf honestly hoped would never go away.
A little something different to start the year with, a piece that involving some of my oldest characters and how they summarize their life and relationship with the other. Springleaf is in fact my oldest character of them all and possibly my favorite Pokemon. Springleaf has an interesting history with Juju one that involves the pair surviving missions together and finding out their interest both inside of the bedroom and out of it. A complex friendship that both try to play off is not a relationship but deep down they know(and all of their friends) they were made for the other.
Juju (POV)
Juju could nearly remember the day that he had first met Springleaf, the two of them met on that road but it was him that talked the little Skitty into leaving his home and traveling south with him to the city. Juju had left his clan to see the world and to live life the way he wanted to live it. No he didn't have bad parents, or lived in a oppressive clan of Furrets who didn't like his life choices. No he left because he didn't want to spend his life living in the plains only knowing that world, a world that his parents might have enjoyed together but wasn't a life he intended to live. With only a little doubt in his mind and heart he left one night only leaving behind a note for friends and family to see.
Sometime later Juju came across a clan full of felines and it was here that he met Springleaf who was the understudy to the clan's healer and was suppose to be the next in line for the job. Juju and Springleaf would spend hours together talking and before the Skitty knew it he was seemly following the Furret everywhere he went though Juju didn't plan to take the kitten with him and like before he would take off without notice. Though this time he ended up bringing something with him as Springleaf would track down the Furret using the hunting skills he learned from his clan. Juju was surprised to see the kitten one night at his campsite, the feline was dirty and smelled little of his clan and more like the road. Juju tells Springleaf he didn't want him to give up his old life and to go back home but Springleaf refused and instead makes out with Juju and it was on that night that Springleaf and Juju became partners.
Now six years later the pair shared a home together, a room together and most importantly a nest together. Juju could honestly say that he loved Springleaf more now than he did when they first met and he knew that tomorrow he'll love him even more than he did today. This was his Skitty and there was nothing that would ever change that.
