Ribbon is a rare type of Pokemon, her body and soul is not sololy her's but is shared with another being named Windy. Windy is not a random soul that is attached to Ribbon's but is Ribbon's soul from a previous life where she was a powerful Suicune who fought in Arceus's ranks. Windy died during an intense fight against Karis the Darkria though it hadn't been Karis who finished Windy off but instead was Windy's teammate and understudy Dynamo a Keldeo who had just became a warrior in Arceus's ranks had accidently pierced Windy's chest and shattered a portion of Windy's soul. The remainder of Windy's soul that wasn't destroyed by Dynamo was saved thanks to the magical skills of Neoral the Jirachi and Windy was reborn many years later as Ribbon.
Many years later Windy awakens within her Ribbon the Suicune now a Alolan Vulpix, and instead of being a mighty male dog is...a small female vulpix who is discovering their sexuality and place in this world. Windy and Ribbon struggled to figure out who was in charge at first after Windy awoken with the old soul wanting to explore and do things they liked. One of those things that Windy liked was getting laid and well...its so easy to get heads roll when you know how to show off the right assets at the right time.
