Character and series by me
A piece done a while back though just took some time to post. With the close out of Bangam Academy fast approaching and the revision/reboot of it as the Lore of Unity series has caused a few twist and turns to the series and characters as a whole. Though one couple that remains true is that of Meadow the Shaymin from Sky Sanctuary who marries and grooms up Chip the Zorua from a small forest nestled between Limestone Pass and Fablereach called Cherry Woods.
Meadow long ago was drafted into Arceus army after Ruby and Destiny went to Sky Sanctuary after hearing rumors of a priestess there who was a very talented warrior, something that shaymins were not known for. Meadow ended up winning a small tournament held in Ruby's honor and was drafted into Arceus army as his General of Fertility. She was given a chess set and assigned the "King" position on her board. Meadow was confused as to why she was given such a strange object, it was something that was not seen where she was from. Ruby tells her that all of Arceus's generals are given chest sets, its a means for them to recruit others into their service and use them as they see fit. In fact Meadow was Ruby's "bishop" on her set as she was the one who recruited her and now Meadow was a "branch" of Ruby's as she is given her own set to recruit others.
During the war that would soon follow Meadow befriends a Latias named Audrey who unfortunally fought for Giratini's side. Meadow has many mixed emotions during the war, she loved to fight and was pretty good at it but she didn't see the point in the war she was recruited for. Where she was from magic was everywhere and was for free use. Though she loved the thrill of the fight and the feeling of her matches having more purpose to them then just entertainment. Her final fight she remembered involved fighting her friend Audrey who during the fight flung Meadow through a pillar of ice knocking her out and taking her out of the war as she sustained several injuries that side lined her. It would be the last time she sees Audrey the Latias.
After the war Meadow returned to a destroyed Sky Sanctuary as without her there raiders from the deep north had come through attacking the Shaymin Village and destroying nearly everything there. Meadow learns later that it had been Landorus who had destroyed her village and killed her people. Meadow at that moment realized...
She was the last Shaymin.
