Ribbon in her transformed Saipix form as both halves of her soul combine together during her Burst phase. She maintains her Vulpix size while gaining many of her past life's Suicune features. Ribbon also becomes a herm like many of the other legendary Pokemon in the Unity region. Ribbon's tails change from the normal Vulpix form into 6 ribbons while her head fur becomes a long Suicune like mane. Finally Ribbon's eyes become purple showing the combination of her two halves.
Ribbon can not maintain her Saipix form for long periods of time and must use this form to try to end a fight as afterwards she is drained of most of her magical and physical powers. Though with some rest she can try to reuse the form again but could risk her physical health as she is easily hurt and vulnerable during a second Burst in a short amount of time. Ribbon is unique that she becomes a hybrid while in Burst form, though she is not the only one who is able to achieve something like this as there are others who have become hybrids as well in the past. Her burst fuses both halves of her shattered soul together allowing her to achieve her "true" form as past and present come together.
[Burst Forms]
In the land of Unity all Pokemon have the chance to use Burst forms. Some Pokemon can mega evolve, while others gain many enhancements to their moves and abilities. Transformation Burst forms are a thing and can be done by Pokemon who have a strong connection to a deity/legendary Pokemon or share strong ties to another species. A Pokemon does not have to be a hybrid of a legendary Pokemon to achieve a transformation, but must share some sort of strong tie to a similer species.
