Pokemon that are head of their houses have the power to bring in others, this act is normally done by the heads of the house though it can be delegated down to someone lower should the heads not wish to perform the task. Bringing someone into the house doesn't always involve marking by peeing on them though all members of a house do carry some kind of marking on them to help let others know who is apart of what house. For the Doomtails this marking is a tattoo of a Ninetales and Lycanroc tail coming together to form a heart. This mark is applied when a Pokemon officially becomes a member of the house which involves a small ritual or rite of passage. The marking is applied at the conclusion of this event and normally involves that member and any member of the house who helped to perform the rite having a night of passionate sex.
House Games
As the name suggest House games are competitions between Pokemon Houses that involves the heads of the houses pitting themselves against one another while using the resources and members of their houses to fight. These competitions are normally involve battles of pride and honor though they sometimes can be fought over land, resources and even house members. There have been moments in the past where an entire house was fused into another one because of a game. The end results was a very, very messy experience for the losing side and the enslavement of many. Should a Pokemon house decide to battle another they must be ready for the consequences should their side lose....or win.
If a house grows too large or its leaders feel that it is strong enough that house can create branches within it. This act normally happens when some of the children within the house grow strong enough to support themselves and several others, they will create a branch within the house and begin their own sub-house. Even if that child changes their last name they can still be traced back to the root of the house which means that if they want to break away entirely they be either receive their leader's blessing or challenge their leader for the chance to break away entirely.
