Goris has returned home for the time being, awaiting The Chosen \nOne's arrival once again to\nbrave the horrible world once more.\n\nGoris had returned to his studies and even began teaching the youngest batch of \nhatchlings about life, the\nworld and the Vault they live in. Various other entries and \nwritten words are on\nbasics of anatomy and how packs work, the Vault 13 deathclaws are very similar \nto that of a normal pack\nof the unintelligent variant. They're ability to speak and hold sentience make \nthem stand out, certainly but\nthey do still have basic instincts and desires to contend with. Just because \nthey were granted intelligence\ndoesn't mean their natural needs are gone.\n\n\nOne thing that the deathclaws of Vault 13 had taken from their unintelligent \nbrethren were the concept of\na pack, mainly an Alpha Male as a leader and breeder. Many of the eggs \ncurrently in rotation were sired\nby Gruthar. As Alpha he is the strongest and most desired male of the pack. \nUnlike other packs though\nGruthar allowed other males to sire children as well, with permission. \nGenerally for normal deathclaw\npacks only the Alpha had mating privileges, ensuring that the strongest genes \nget passed on for the next\ngeneration. For Gruthar's pack he chooses one or two females at a time. The \npack must survive after all.\n\nGruthar and Kerith found Goris in one of the corners of the Library, he usually \nliked being alone to keep\nhis studies from distractions.
