Record high temperatures were expected, but thankfully up to now, all of the tent cities have had functional shading and cooling with power generators to keep the zones livable. After a little less than four months, Corneria City was almost twice as big as it was at the very end of the war. Things continued to run very smoothly all around the place. After this tent city, the city plans were to begin building two city zones with actual year-round livable housing in the form of apartments and quadplex houses, then migrate the first two tent cities into them to live in while they rebuilt their lives. Once their tent city was emptied and cleaned, those two zones would be converted and so forth until all the tent cities became fully functional and livable new cities surrounding Corneria City.\n\tBill Grey was called on to help Leo out in the final tent city today to distribute orders for the water and sewer lines as well as power lines along the streets. An after-lunch meeting took place on the discussion of the lines and piping to be placed in the region, a big map in schematic form on a big work table where Leo pointed to the foremen on their duties and places for the day. The meeting finished and the men walked to their assigned areas, Leo and Bill picking up some tools used as pointers on the map. “Dang, bruh, I am so glad you and Miyu are into this kinda stuff. It'd take me forever to even think of a first draft that would be even CLOSE to what you do in an hour,” Bill said to Leo, smiling and giving him a pat on the back.\n\t“Hehehe... more of a man of the skies like Falco, are ya Bill?” Leo said politely.\n\t“Totally,” he replied. “But much more sensible and clear-thinking than bird-brain,” he replied with a chuckle. He then nudge-nudged Leo's side softly. “By the way, don't tell HIM I say that.”\n\t“No worries, Bill,” Leo said. “Kind of a friendly rivalry with you and him in some things, right?”\n\t“Hah-haaaah... that's a good way to put it, yeah,” Bill said with a chuckle. They then started to walk their way to the trailer. “Oh hey, I heard you and Miyu are living together?” He inquired.\n\tLeo blushed a bit in a shy smile. “Hehe.... yeah, we started that a few months back,” Leo replied.\n\t“Things are going well with you two, it sounds like,” Bill gently pressed.\n\t“Oh yes. We couldn't be happier,” Leo said softly.\n\tBill came up and gave Leo a tight hug unexpectedly. “Bro, that is awesome! Bill reached into the small office refrigerator and pulled out a couple very cold water bottles, tossed one to Leo, then sat facing him after taking a chug of water. “Weeeell... I think it's safe to assume you've seen how...” he raises his arms and flexes them a few times... “...tough and buff she is, right?”\n\tLeo smiled and blushed happily, his mind going right to her picture on his desk, identical to the one she had on her desk. “Oh yes. I admire how strong and cute she is a lot,” he said, taking a drink of water afterwords. \n\tBill smiled and nodded softly. “Yeah, I think that is a big factor in why she has been single all this time. Guys have just been afraid of her,” he said softly.\n\tLeo whimpered softly, his ears going limp. “Those guys don't know who they are missing.”\n\t“Very true, dude. Best advice from me, and it may be obvious to you already, but still: never be afraid of her. You say he moved in with you almost four months ago?” Patricia said.\n\t“Yep, four months next week.
