\tShe responded by reaching across the table with her other hand to hold his lovingly.  “Heeeeey, it's okay.  We're here now... together,” she said, smiling and gazing deep into his eyes.  The two sat and stared smiling at each other for several more minutes until they heard a soft musical chime from the clothes dryer that broke their attention.  “Clothes are done,” she said, getting up to gather up all the plates and silverware. “You go ahead and get dressed while I put all this away.”  Leo smiled and nodded, getting up to go to the clothes dryer and retrieve his garments, nearly getting fully dressed and only having to button up his shirt when Miyu came over and gave a quick squeeze to his butt, making the tall bunny jump a tiny bit and let out a happy and adorable 'meep!'  “Mrowrrrrrr dat assssss,” she said with a wink, kissing him on his blushy cheek as she began to dress.  He giggled and then got down on his knees and gave her belly a soft kiss as she was about to put her leotard on, giving a happy mewl at the reaction.

\t--Three months later--

\tProgress on the new tent cities was going very well.  With the help and expertise of Miyu and Leo, there were now a total of 13 new large plots of tent cities for refugees and immigrants all around Corneria City with an additional 7 being planned in neighboring municipalities a short distance away.  Thankfully, with Corneria's weather and climate being very tolerable and livable without freezing conditions anywhere on the planet at any time of the year, it made for a pleasant outdoor atmosphere to host the tent cities.
\tCorneria was really growing now, and with the many skilled tradesmen coming in, they were immediately willing to put themselves to work to help make the new cities and regions possible.  The last ships with refugees were coming in from Venom and Fortuna in the next couple of weeks, which will then make Corneria host to the entirety of citizens suffering from the war with no home to be had.
\tSkilled labor was working hard and happy, communities building and partnerships forming.  Unskilled laborers and youth entering into the workforce looked forward to a goodwill and apprenticeship program started by General Pepper, where they can gain money and recognition with the communities for their hard work and good deeds in helping one another out.  
\tCrime was surprisingly, yet thankfully, extremely low.  Very few law enforcement arrests had been made and most crimes were minor.  Food was not an issue with farmers providing a lot to the cause in exchange for tax-incentive programs, skilled cooks from all planets turning that food into hot nutritious meals for all.  Health and optimism were very high thanks to the efforts of Krystal and Amanda Toad.  Vehicles were kept in check and moving thanks to Fay and Slippy.  Falco and Bill were enjoying their time restocking munitions and weapons not only for the base but to all military installations in the Lylat system.  In the beginning, Falco had complained once about not finding satisfaction without blowing stuff up or shooting at something moving, but Bill politely reminded him in his usual casual and optimistic ways saying “Bruh.... when you NEED it, and not HAVE it... believe me, you sing a VERY tragic tune.”  
\tMiyu sat at her desk at Base Command where she interviewed Leo and other applicants months before, going through her CAD and drafting program making new schematics for city layouts and designs.  Her three months with Leo living with her were some of the happiest in her life, always loving hanging out and sleeping with the adorable bun, sharing and cooking meals at her place and sharing other duties like laundry.  He even began to join her with her exercises and workouts in the gym.  Even though he didn't have much aim to be big and buff like she was, he was still loving the time spent with her and at least keeping his health and body in check periodically.  
\tShe stared at the picture of the two of them on her desk, taken several weeks back after he moved in with her, the pair of them sitting together, arm wrapped behind each other while their other hands hold together, heads tilted in to each other cheek-to-cheek, smiling lovingly.  She was finding it difficult to focus in the last few days, finding herself gazing upon that picture many minutes throughout the day, her heart always beating happily as she sat there.  Although, something was bothering her in their relationship that she couldn't work out.  It wasn't something that really needed attention, but at the same time it made her feel slightly insufficient.  She had tried to wrack her brain through all the possibilities, but nothing was making any sense.  It was bordering on frustration for her.
\tIt was then that Krystal knocked on her door softly and stepped in.  “Hey there, Miyu.  Peppy was wondering if you had the complete plans for the new outer tent cities yet?” she inquired.
\t“Oh, umm.... almost.  I've just gotta finish out some water and sewage details on a couple places with their cartography, but almost,” she replied, face totally blank and leaning on the edge of depression, her eyes going back to the photo of her and Leo.
\tKrystal felt a bit sad at seeing Miyu like this.  She knew she and Leo were more than just partners at work and knew about their living together.  She also saw Miyu quite happy in the days that followed since they moved in together. But the blue furred vixen could tell something was bothering Miyu.  “...are you okay, hon?”
\t“Yeah, just.... sleep has been meh as of late,” she replied, her gaze still on the photo.
\tKrystal paused at her response, standing at the doorway for a few more seconds before closing the door and grabbing the small guest chair in front of Miyu's desk, then sets it down by her side and sits down on it.  This elicited no physical response from Miyu as she kept staring at the photo, Krystal's hand moving to rest atop Miyu's on the arm of her chair. “...y'know... you are a very strong woman... but please forgive me when I say you're a shitty liar,” she said softly, smiling at her cutely as Miyu turned her head after a few seconds, the two of them giggling softly.  “I can tell something is troubling you.... and you know I'm willing to listen....”
\tMiyu smiled and blushed with a sigh as she turned her chair to face Krystal, still holding her hand softly.  “Weeeell.... I know it's not a required thing to have a sexual side to a relationship, buuuuuut.... ours I feel is suffering a bit....” she said softly.
\tKrystal pouted softly as she rubbed her hands over Miyu's softly, being close to her friend for comfort.  “Ooohhh?  Is he unable to pleasure you?”

\tMiyu paused and nodded softly. “Umm... sure, I guess,” she said.  “Kinda odd to ask me about it, rather than him...”
\t“Well that may skew the results and prevent the answer we're looking for, even if it is just a dream or two I'm looking for,” Krystal replied.  “A little devious, I know buuuuuut...”
\t“Oooohhhhh I get it now,” Miyu said with a smile. “Lemme know what you find out, Krystal.”
\t“Will do, sweet kitty,” Krystal said as she got up and placed the chair she picked up and moved back in front of Miyu's desk where she got it.
