"description": "(First of four pictures, and a little story to go with)\n\nJennifer and Malcolm Carter loved each other dearly, and as rabbits in love will do, they had a whole raftload of kits. Six kits, they had – two boys and four girls – just in case some or most of them were taken by predators. But the Carters were smart and lucky, and by great fortune only the two boys were taken, too stubborn to run when they had to. That left, from oldest to youngest, Susan, Erica, Eileen, and little Pippy.\n\nNow, though, Pippy was about to turn five, and that meant that the family would be over the limit of pre-teen children by one. Tomorrow, the four girls knew, their parents, who loved them very much, would have to choose one to take to the liquidation center.\n\nThe night before Pippy’s birthday, Erica laid awake in her bed, rolling over and fidgeting with the sheets. She could hear that the others weren’t asleep either. Finally, she sat up. “It should be me,” she said.\n\n“Huh?” Susan sat up in her bed and looked over at her. “Erica, that doesn’t have to be your decision.”\n\n“I don’t want Mom and Dad to have to make that choice,” Erica said. “And it makes sense for me to go.”\n\n“But Erica!” Eileen said drowsily from her bed.\n\n“Eileen, you’re the prettiest,” Erica said. “And Susan, you’re the smartest. And little Pippy hasn’t had sex yet. Nobody should die before that. And I’m the one with a choking kink...”\n\nSusan reached over between the beds and squeezed Erica’s paw. “If that’s your decision, okay. We’ll tell Mom and Dad in the morning.”\n\nErica sighed and laid back down, feeling like a weight had been lifted from her. She quickly fell back asleep.\n\nAfter a couple hours, though, she woke back up with a little yelp from an awful nightmare of tile floors, sterile metal tabletops, and glinting knives.\n\n“What is it?” Susan asked, sitting up again and yawning.\n\n“I’m scared.”\n\n“You don’t have to do it, you know.”\n\n“No, I want to!
