Part 1 It was 9:00 PM up in the mountains of North Georgia. And north of the town on Helen, along Route 75, a Dewott expeditioner with a purple and white striped pecha scarf on his neck was in the middle of a very long bike ride back home to the community of Shooting Creek, just across the North Carolina border. Jack had been in Gainesville for most of that afternoon, helping the local guilds capture a very dangerous Floatzel outlaw that was wanted for multiple murders (which they were successful in doing), and before leaving, he got some coffee and snacks at a QuikTrip. However, those can only keep you awake for so long, especially when your bike ride will take multiple hours. And he would start to feel tired again once he got to Cleveland. Once he got off of Highway 129, the road around him became nothing but thick, dark hemlock and pine trees. No other ATVs/UTVs or bikes on the road, and although there was the occasional house, Jack didn't think going to ask for a place to sleep would end well for him...not with how secluded this area was. By now, the Dewott was extremely tired, and a minute ago, had almost gone right off the road into some trees. That scare made him decide not to go all the way tonight, as he had to find a place to sleep NOW. And with no gas station or hotel in sight, Jack decided to go with a spot on the side of the road he felt would be good enough. Thankfully, it didn't take long to find one. After slowing down for the hairpin across Andrews Creek, Jack pulled off into a little patch of asphalt past the entrance to the campground, and parked his bike there. He then adjusted his seat so it'd be a bit more comfortable to sleep on, and took off the turquoise velcro shoes he had been wearing nearly all day. Closing his eyes had never felt so good, and before long, he fell fast asleep... Fast forward a couple of hours, and Jack would wake up, not knowing why he did at first, but when he tried to stretch his arms out, he found that he couldn't. "W-what? W-what's going on?!" he wondered, starting to get a little scared. After a few moments of struggling, he figured out that his ankles were tied together and that his wrists were tied behind his head. "Hehe...hello there, little Dewott." said a mysterious voice. "Well, well, you're certainly in a bind. Unfortunate that this would happen out in the middle of nowhere, isn't it?" "W-who's t-there?!" Jack said. "L-look...i-i'll give you whatever you want! P-please l-let me go!" he said frantically. "Oh, please...i don't want any of your stuff. Or money. I just want to have some...fun." the voice replied, and Jack then saw a shadowy figure of some sort of Pokemon behind the bushes in front of him, getting closer...the rustling of bushes was heard, and a few seconds later, the figure came out, revealing itself to be... Part 2 A Bayleef with a smile on her face, wearing a camo baseball cap, a blue bow on her neck and two more on both sides of her head. "W-w-what do you m-mean?" Jack wondered, still a bit scared. Bayleef did not reply back, only giggling as two green vines came from the curled leaves beneath her neck, and went straight towards Jack, who braced himself for a Vine Whip...however, the vines went down towards his exposed feet, and began wiggling up and down them, forcing a smirk on the otter's face. "N-no...n-not the f-feet..." Jack tried to plead, then biting his lip so he wouldn't burst out laughing. Whatever this Bayleef's intentions were, he wasn't about to let her reduce him to a laughing, squirming mess that easily, the Dewott now trying to break out of his restraints with all the strength he could muster. However, the wiggling of the vines was not going to make it easy for him to focus. "Aww, the little other's trying to get himself free. How cute~" Bayleef teased, continuing to scribble up and down his feet. "But i'm afraid you're going to need a lot more than just your physical strength to break those ropes...i suggest you stop resisting before you hurt yourself." Part 3 However, Jack would not listen, and kept trying his best to break free. "Oh, dear..." Bayleef sighed, then turning back towards the bushes. "Sylvia! We've got a stubborn one here!" Right after she said that, a Sylveon hopped out from the bushes, and walked over to Bayleef. "Just as i thought..." Sylvia said, before a smirk appeared on her face. "But let's see how long that lasts!" "W-w-wha?" Jack wondered, the Sylveon then extending her feelers towards his stomach, and beginning to scribble up and down. The Dewott's strength against the ropes began to weaken as he quickly burst out into a fit of giggles. "Hehehehestohohohohohohop..." he pleaded between giggles, Sylvia only shaking her head. "Nah...we just got started." Sylvia told him matter of factly. "And it'll still be a little while before we get to the good part." Bayleef informed him. "So get used to this feeling, kiddo!" she said in a teasing motherly voice. Jack began to sweat. Just what did they mean by the good part? He certainly hoped now that someone would come to his rescue...but for now, all he could do was giggle helplessly, and it seemed as though both Sylvia and Bayleef were starting to speed up the pace that they were going at... Part 4 Obviously, Jack's tickle attack was far from over, and it was only going to intensify...especially now that Sylvia was going for his sides, making his giggles escalate into laughter. And if that wasn't enough, Bayleef then pulled out two feathers, and started stroking Dewott's feet with them. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!" Jack laughed loud and hard, now unable to try and break free with what his ticklers were doing to him. At this point, he just hoped this wouldn't attract the attention of anyone else...especially with how late at night this was. "HAHAHAHA-HA-HO-HOW...LOHOHOHONG, WIHIHILL YAHAHA'LL TIHIHIHICKLEHELHELHEL MEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHE?!" he struggled to ask. "Hehe...for as long as we want, little otter!" Sylvia answered in a teasing tone. "Cichi cichi cichi~" "NOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!" Jack responded, the Dewott unable to move his arms around much. He was certainly in a bad situation...how long were they going to continue with this? 30 minutes? An hour? 3 or 4 hours? All night? Heck if he knew! This couldn't get any worse...right? Surely Bayleef and Sylvia were going to have mercy at some point. Part 5 "Aww...how did you manage to grab such a cute victim, Bayleef?" Sylvia asked as she slowly rose the tickles toward Jack's armpits, making the Dewott laugh a little louder. "I dunno...but tonight's our lucky night, that's for sure." Bayleef responded with a smirk, pushing the brim on her camo hat down a bit. "Wouldn't you agree?" "Mm-hmm!" Sylvia nodded, and as she kept tickling Jack, he thought of an attack to use...Water Pulse! It was the only one he could think of, although it'd probably be difficult to pull off. Regardless, he began focusing the best that he could, and once he was able to keep his mouth open for a few seconds, a blue ball of energy began to appear. This went unnoticed by Sylvia as her head was looking straight at those sides and armpits of Jack's, and once the Dewott thought his head was aiming just right, he fired the Water Pulse... Only for it to go just above Sylvia's head and right into a tree! "OHOHOHOH NOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!" Dewott cried out as he continued to laugh, eliciting a chuckle from Bayleef. "My, my...trying to get out of this early?" the grass dino teased. "At least you can say you tried." she added, before looking over at the tree, and noticing an Ariados crawling down the bark, with a Beautifly following behind it. "Oh, would you look at that...you've woken up some of the locals. I doubt they're gonna be too happy with you..." Hearing that, Jack started trying to break free from his restraints once more, not wanting to know what would happen next...while this tickle session wasn't over, the Dewott had certainly learned one lesson - don't ever park on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere to take a nap ever again! Part 6 "Why, hello there, you two." Sylvia greets. "Sorry about the noise...this little cutie's trying to get out of his tickles early, but his aim isn't the best." she told them. Ariados and Beautifly both saw Jack in chains, and unfortunately for Bayleef and Sylvia, they did not think to ask what was going on here...they instead glared at the two, and just before either one of them could speak, they both shout out white string from their mouths at the two of them! "W-what the? Hey!" Sylvia shouted, unable to get away from the string while Bayleef managed to take off like a Crobat out of hell. Once the attack was over with, she was tied up everywhere except for her head, and the fairy cat now found herself boud next to Jack! "L-let me go, p-please!" she began to plead, the shoe now being on the other foot. "O-oh-ho...t-thank you...s-so much." Jack told them as he caught his breath. "Y-you have...no idea h-how...long they've been going...at it." he continued. "N-now...c-can you p-please...let me out?" he asked, hoping that these two were going to be the ones to save him... Part 7 Ariados and Beautifly both went up to Jack and Sylvia, the giant spider biting the Dewott's Pecha Scarf off once it was within reach. "Uh...i don't think you needed to remove that, but o-okay, whatever you got to do." Jack says, still thinking Ariados was gonna free him. That is, until it then started to softly nibble his neck. "He-hey...what are you d-doing?" Jack wondered, before beginning to think about what Ariados actually could be doing. "O-oh no...p-please don't tell me you're..." he uttered, the fear from earlier coming back as he tried once again to break out of his restraints. "N-no, please...i c-can't take any more." Ariados did not say a word, only continuing the nibbles. Meanwhile, Beautifly was running its long nose inside of Sylvia's ears. "H-he-hey, s-s-stop..." Sylvia pleads, trying not to giggle as she attempts to swat Beautifly away with her head ribbons. However, that didn't seem to do anything. Part 8 Ariados would continue to nibble at Jack's neck, and trying to move around wouldn't do the Dewott any good...while doing this, the spider decided to take one of its four legs, and gently trace it up and down Jack's upper body. "Hehehehe...nohohoho...d-d-do-hon't..." Jack tries to say, barely able to stifle a giggle. Beautifly quickly became annoyed with Sylvia's attempts to swat her away, and used String Shot on her head ribbons. "O-oh n-no..." Sylvia gulps, now completely at the mercy of the butterfly, who proceeded to stick its proboscis out at the fairy cat for a second, as if to taunt her, before then going up to her headbow and starting to poke it with its nose. "He-he-hey...c-cut it o-out!" Sylvia demands, like that would do anything...although she is doing a better job at stifling giggles than Jack. So far, that is... Part 9 "Hehehehehehe..." Jack continues to giggle, and just as he feels the rope around his wrists start to loosen, he tries to move them around quickly...only to immediately feel something else wrap around his wrists. It took the otter a few seconds, but he quickly figured out that it was silk coming from Ariados, who also nibbled his wrists in the process. "Oh-ho, co-home ohohohon!" Jack exclaims between giggles. Was anyone going to rescue him tonight?! That would continue to go unanswered, as the single leg tracing up and down Jack's upper body begins to speed up the pace it's going at, causing his giggling to grow a bit louder and more frequent. Sylvia's demand only made Beautifuly even more annoyed, and she startled to scribble the Sylveon's bow with her nub arms. "Ehehehehe stohohop thihihihis..." Sylvia continues to plead, unable to wiggle around much. "Bahahahayleheheef, cohohohme bahahahahack!" she calls out, getting no response. It appears as though the grass dino has abandoned them... Part 10 As Ariados starts loosening the the rope on Jack's other wrist, the Dewott saw an opportunity to try and break out of his predicament, so he quickly began trying to jerk his arm away to free it. Ariados, of course, tried to pin it back in place, but Jack was going a bit too fast for the spider to keep up, and after half a minute, Jack was able to break the rope around his arm. "Yes!" Jack exclaimed. Finally...now his aim with attacks could be a bit better, he thought. With Sylvia and Beautifly, Sylvia was giggling a bit more, and trying to gather enough breath to scream for Bayleef again...but unfortunately, Beautifly saw this, and quickly used String Shot to cover her mouth, the fairy cat no longer able to speak as the scribbles on her bow continued. She could wiggle around a tiny bit, but that was about it. Jack had a bit more free room now, so it was possible he could come to her rescue, if he felt like she deserved it...but he would have to rescue himself first, and deal with Ariados. Part 11 Jack quickly gets to work, and decides to first attack Ariados with a Razor Shell attack. He lands a couple of swipes, but misses most of them...perhaps not the best attack to start off with when one of your arms is still wrapped in silk, and Jack only realizes that after the fact. "Drat!" he utters. "I need to get that silk off, and quick..." Jack adds, looking up just in time to see Ariados fire sharp pins at him. "Not so fast!" Jack exclaims, dodging the Pin Missle attack by jumping in the air, and sliding on the grass once he lands, almost hitting Beautifly. The otter makes a mental note to himself to be more careful...there was no way he could risk himself getting double-teamed by them. Not when he could only use one arm, still. Jack notices Ariados fire more sharp pins his way, and he begins to run around, trying to tear the silk off with his free arm, and hoping he's able to do so quickly, as those pins are getting slightly closer and closer each time the big spider fires them... Part 12 Jack then notices his leftover Pecha Sharp laying down on the grass, and quickly picks it up after dodging another Pin Missile attack. "What could i possibly do with this?" he wonders, before an idea comes to mind. "It'll be risky, but...i better take the chance." Jack expresses, turning around to face Ariados and holding his Pecha Scarf out as a shield...just as more pin missiles are fired directly at him. Jack closes his eyes, bracing himself...but luckily, just as he had hoped, they all hit the scarf. "W-wow...that actually worked." he utters, quickly getting out of the way before he gets hit again. Jack now starts to try and use the sharp pins on his scarf to try and rip the silk off. Small flakes of it begin falling to the ground, but there's still much more to cut away at...and the Dewott hopes he doesn't cut himself in the process, but obviously, there are much bigger concerns at the moment. Part 13 Jack starts to make more progress cutting away at the silk with the pins, although it's not exactly fast... "Ugh...come on, come on..." the Dewott groans, looking up again, only to see that Ariados was now crossing its forelegs, and they were glowing purple...when a purple X appeared in front of them, Jack gulped. Crap...this Ariados knew Cross Poison? It was certainly at a higher level than he thought. And it looked as though the spider was done with ticklish games, and was pissed... That's when the purple X was fired his way, and Jack screamed, jumping to the side just in time and landing on the road, the otter quickly running back to the grass as he didn't want a car to hit him. "So, that's how you want to be, eh?" Jack noted, already knowing what move to use next. "Well then...take this!" Just after he says that, the Dewott opens his mouth, and a blue ball of energy appears in it for a second, before Jack immediately fires it towards Ariados. Fortunately, it lands a direct hit...and Jack stands there for a few seconds, waiting to see if the confusion status had been afflicted like he was hoping. Jack began to smirk once Starlies began circling around Ariados' head...and the spider began to stagger around, making droning noises. There were also swirls in its eyes now, quickly spinning around. "Hahaha...serves you right." Jack utters, hoping this would buy him the time he needed, now beginning to slash away at the silk with the pins at a quicker pace...just a few more seconds, and he'd be much more ready to finish off Ariados, and deal with Beautifly as well. Part 14 Thankfully, he wouldn't have to wait much longer...after ten more seconds of slashing away at the silk, it all came off...and now, his other hand is free. "YES! YES! FINALLY!" Jack shouts, excited. Ariados was still quite confused, having yet to realize that the Dewott had broken free...Jack would take another quick look at him, and let out a chuckle. "Alright, you dirty, no-good arachnid...play time is over." Jack states. He looks down at the ground again, and seeing the leftover rope from when Bayleef and Sylvia had first tied him up earlier gave him an idea. He quickly picks it up, and runs over to Ariados, pushing the big spider on its back, and quickly tying its back legs together, before going over to the front legs and doing the same thing there. Fortunately, although broken in half, the ropes could still extend out a good distance...at least, enough to tie the legs of some Pokemon together. "There we go...not so tough anymore, are ya?" Jack taunts, getting up close to Ariados' face and sticking his tongue out. This annoys Ariados, who begins trying to break free, but to no avail. Now, Jack begins thinking about what to do with Ariados? Dish out some tickles of his own? Make an arrest? Leave it there? All three of those options seemed pretty tempting...and as he thought, he turned to his left...and saw Beautifly picking up the pace at which it was tickling Sylvia, the fairy cat only able to let out muffled noises thanks to the silk on her mouth. "Oh...right. I've still got this one to deal with, too." Jack utters, deciding that making a decision on Ariados could wait. He quickly pulls the sharp pins out from his Pecha Scarf, and flicks them to the ground, putting it back on and heading over to Beautifly and Sylvia, ready for another battle... Part 15 However, before deciding to attack, Jack decides it would be best to find something to distract Beautifly first. So he heads in the direction of the woods, climbing up the hill and quickly able to gain his balance after almost sliding a time or two. He doesn't really care what it is, whether it a Blast Seed, a Substitute doll that somemon left behind, or something that smelled sweet...anything that the otter felt would work as a distraction. And before long, he found something...on a few plants next to a rather tall hemlock tree, there were many oakleaf hydrangeas growing. And this gave Jack an idea...to his knowledge, nectar was the one thing that would really get the greedy side of a Beautifly to come out, regardless of the type of flower. Was it simple? Yes, no doubt...but he thought it could work, even though there was also the chance that this particular Beautifly may be an exception to the rule. After making sure there were no other wild Pokemon close by, he picked a few hydrangeas, and ran back over to the Beautifly, who was continuing its tickle attack on Sylvia. Jack quietly chuckled to himself, before taking a deep breath, and shouting in Beautifly's direction. "Hey, you! Over here! I got somethin' good for ya!" he called out, sticking out the hydrangeas and waving them around, hoping this would work... Part 16 This didn't seem to get a response from Beautifly, but Jack was still going to try to lead it to the oakleaf hydrangeas in his paws nonetheless, continuing to call out for it and walking a bit closer each time it didn't respond back. But much to his surprise, even when he got as close as 60 to 70 feet away, Beautifly still wouldn't stop tickling Sylvia's head. "Aww, man..." he groaned. "I thought all Beautiflies dropped what they were doing when they sensed nectar nearby." Jack added, before thinking of something else. "Or perhaps, i'm taking the wrong approach with the nectar...maybe, if i space these out enough, this'll get Beautifly's attention." the Dewott expressed, then looking back towards the tall hemlock tree. "And i know just where this trail will go to..." Jack takes two steps closer to Beautifly, and sets down one of the oakleaf hydrangeas. Then, one by one, he slowly backs further away from the Beautifly, making a trail of the oakleaf hydrangeas he had gathered, making sure they were no further than 15 to 20 feet from one another. Setting them down is a little tricky as he climbs up the hill, but thankfully, there aren't many spots were putting a hydrangea down will result in them sliding off. Just as he gets to the hemlock tree, the Beautifly picks up on something, and stops its tickle attack on Sylvia, turning around and leaving her wrapped in String Shot. Sure enough, as Jack had hoped, the very second it saw the oakleaf hydrangea trail, it almost immediately dived towards the first one, and began to drink the nectar. "Perfect..." Jack utters, before walking back down the hill, ready to do battle with Beautifly while it was distracted... Part 17 Jack quickly thought of the heaviest water attack in his arsenal: Water Pulse. And as Beautifly was almost done with the first oakleaf hydrangea, he fired a Water Pulse toward its wings. It connected, sending Beautifly back about 40 feet or so, and it wasn't confused, but that didn't matter at this time. Beautifly quickly shook its head, and shot string at Jack, but he got out of the way. "Ha! Ya missed me!" Jack taunted, Beautifly now starting to fly over to him, although rather slowly because of all the water. Just as Jack had hoped...so if it knew Gust or Silver Wind, those would either be out of the question altogether, or more difficult to use. "Hold on, Sylvia! I'll save you in a minute!" he quickly calls out, before grabbing the scalchops on his waist, which proceeded to glow yellow and produced blue curved blades of energy. Jack then quickly charged up to the still slowly-fluttering Beautifly, and slashed it with the blades, sending it spinning 'round and 'round, before slamming into a hemlock tree! "Ooh...i bet it felt that." Jack uttered. And it did...it somehow wasn't down for the count just yet, but as it slowly got up, he could notice Beautifly shaking quite a bit. With the state it was in, a light Tackle would probably be enough to finish it off. Part 18 Jack then notices that there's still some leftover rope, and he decides to make use of it. He quickly picks it up, and runs over to Beautifly, tying its wings together before it got the ask to chance what it was doing. "H-hey...s-stop..." Beautifly uttered, then coughing a few times. Hearing it speak did catch Jack by surprise, and he stood there for a few seconds wondering if he heard correctly...hearing it struggle to say "L-lemme..." would confirm just that. "Oh, so you CAN speak." Jack exhaled, and as the leftover rope was long enough, he would tie up Beautifly's little arm stubs as well. "Why weren't you doing that before?" "Because...i-i..." Beautifly tried to answer, before collapsing to the ground on its face. Jack would turn it over, and see that it now had swirls in its eyes. "Heh...serves ya right." Jack muttered, now contemplating whether to continue the drive back home after freeing Sylvia from the silk, or dish out ticklish revenge of its own. Maybe getting her opinion would help, so he quickly rushed over to the Sylveon, and began tearing away at the silk. Part 19 The Dewott starts with the thread around Sylvia's mouth, and tearing it off only takes a few seconds. "Ahh...f-finally, i can speak again!" she exclaims. "Th-thank y-you!" "No problem..." Jack utters, now contemplating whether it's smart to release one of his original ticklers...well, at least just Sylvia, as Bayleef was most likely nowhere to be found by now, or let the camp authorities take care of her. "Alright...there's something i want to ask ya." he says to Sylvia. "M-make it quick...i wanna be out of this silk trap badly." Sylvia replies. "Maybe. But...are you going to try to capture and tickle me AGAIN, or can i go back home now and have a peaceful sleep the rest of the night?" Jack asks. He didn't have a watch with him, so he couldn't tell what time it was at this moment, but it had to be around midnight, or a little after. "I-i'll...let you go. S-sorry." she tells him. "Really? Are you sure?" Jack asks again, this time with a raised eyebrow. "How do i know that once my back is turned, you won't wrap your ribbons around me and try tickling me again?" he questions. "We are out in the middle of nowhere, after all..." "I w-won't!" Sylvia shouts. "A-and i don't know where Bayleef went, b-but when i find her, she better not act all nice!" she adds. "P-please...j-just let me go. I don't wanna be all alone out here in these woods, barely able to defend myself..." she begins to plead. That last sentence makes Jack start thinking to himself once more...maybe it wouldn't be such a bad idea to free Sylvia, even if he felt she didn't really deserve it that much. He remembered several reports about poacher activity in this particular area the last few weeks, and he didn't want something like that to happen to Sylvia. But on the other paw, there was likely increased camp authority coverage because of said poacher activity, so perhaps finding an officer wouldn't be too difficult. As for Ariados and Beautifly, he was most certainly going to leave them there. Although he felt ticklish revenge would be in order, it was a bit too late at night for that, he felt. Part 20 (Final) Jack let out a sigh and felt that releasing Sylvia would be best, even though he was uncertain about whether or not she was being truthful about not tickling him again. He took out a scalchop, and carefully tore through the rest of the silk. "Oh...thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!" Sylvia repeats, wrapping her feelers around him in a hug once they were free. "N-no problem..." Jack utters, almost feeling like he was caught in a Bewear's grasp. "N-now, can you let me go? I s-still need to free your hind legs..." "O-oh, whoops!" Sylvia exclaims, quickly retracting her feelers. "Sorry..." "It's alright." Jack replies, before tearing away at the remaining silk. "There you are...you're free to go." Sylvia quickly stands up, and begins to walk once again. "Thanks..." she says again, before frowning. "So, you're...not gonna punish me? I mean, you're an expeditioner after all." Jack shakes his head. "I'll let what happened earlier slide. But...don't try anything again, got it?" he warns, before letting out a yawn. "Y-yes, uhh...Mister Dewott." Sylvia nods. "What's your name, by the way?" "Jack." the Dewott answers. "And i believe i heard the Bayleef refer to you as Sylvia, correct?" "Mm-hmm." Sylvia nods again. "And i don't know where she went...but if i do find her, her butt is toasted for abandoning me like she did." "Heh...i don't blame ya." Jack says, letting out another small yawn, before heading over to his bike. "Have a good night, Sylvia. I'd stay and chat a little longer, but...i gotta get back home. I don't wanna stay around these mountains at this time of night, because who knows if there's poachers hanging around." Sylvia gulps at the mention of poachers. "Y-yeah, you're right...i better home myself." she says, before waving at him with a feeler. "See ya, Jack!" "See you, Sylvia." Jack waves back. "Stay out of trouble, okay?" he adds, before sitting back on his bike and beginning to pedal back home, Sylvia waving at him as he went off, and around a bend. The rest of the drive would be about 40 minutes or so, and Jack was glad to be out of that ticklish predicament, although he knew he had quite the story to tell to his family once he got back. Oh, well...it is what it is.
