Roxy and Tank shutted off the lights. They all tied them up.

The lights came on.
Dogcatcher 1: What is this?
Henry: Just a little trip.
Henry hit the button and turned machine off. Then the crooks got arrested. All the dogs cheered and howled for victory. Then all went home.
