For the past several years, there have been a seemingly increasing number of cases of abuse, sexual encounters, manipulation and other criminal activity defined by the existing laws involving those of the shemale sex toward cubs under the age of adulthood. Although the rate of these incidences appear to have increased, studies have shown that the rate has not fluctuated greatly over the years, only to have become more noticeable as the acclimatization of the information age has allowed for anyone to easily and quickly see what's happening in the world around them, causing frequency illusion. After conducting much research and study of the complicated nature of our Pokémon biology, psychology, sociology, and history among my peers and I, we aim to suggest a detailed hypothesis for what the common person believes is a social disorder. In this paper we attempt to explain the basis for the far greater tendency of shemales to be drawn towards cubs in an instinctual manner that can be described as fetishistic, compared to the generally accepted parental instinct of male and female individuals towards cubs.

Records of general cub sex abuse cases over the past 50 years have shown that adult shemale participants have the highest rate of reported offenses across all regions (46%) compared to adult male (34%) and adult female (20%) offenders, with Kanto having the highest rate of adult shemale offenders (58%) and Orre having the lowest (40%). Violent crime involving notable physical injury towards cubs accounts for approximately 26% of reported cases, however, adult males have the highest rate of violent crime in this manner across all regions (54%) followed by adult females (25%) and adult shemales (21%). Cub sex abuse cases are most prevalent with adult shemales, with a notable 61% rate across all regions, followed by adult males (24%) and adult females (15%). With this data, it can be stated that shemales have a greater tendency towards general cub abuse and especially sexual abuse, while the male sex has a greater tendency towards violent cub abuse. These numbers are more indicative than they seem as the shemale sex only accounts for approximately 9% of the total population of Pokémon that possess secondary sexual characteristics, with males at 44% and females at 47%, and this discrepancy has led to increased stigma and generalization of shemales being cub predators.

Shemales are reported to have more common incidence with sexual cub abuse involving female cubs (60%) which is slightly greater than the rate of adult male on female sexual cub abuse (58%). Given the reproductive system of shemales, this percentage does not seem out of the ordinary compared to adult male incidence. Despite the wording of this paper using the word 'cub' to include all those under the age of adulthood, adult shemales appear to have little to no interest in shemale cub sexual abuse as reported cases show (4%) while adult females have the highest incidence of shemale cub sex abuse (42%) with adult males' sex abuse rates of shemale cubs (17%) being even lower than adult male on male cub sex abuse (25%). The few studies conducted related to this show that shemales are often independent and instinctually competitive with one another, yet the treatment of their own sex while young is consistently without abuse or fetishistic urges, with the few reported cases being out of the ordinary. Until more research and study can be done, this paper will refer only to the relationship of adult shemales with female or male cubs.

Shemales that have experienced abuse while young are reported to be approximately 38% of general cub abuse cases, with female cubs at 41% and male cubs at 21%. Despite the high general incidence rate, reported sexual cub abuse is lowest among shemale cubs (19%) while female cubs have the highest (52%) and male cubs the middle (29%). However, violent abuse related to verbal or physical assault is highest with shemale cubs (48%) with female cubs having the lowest (22%) and male cubs the middle (30%). These percentages support the hypothesis that shemales are often ostracized and seen as undesirable by many due to social stigma, even while young. There have not been enough studies related to abused shemales when becoming adults and their own abuse rates towards shemale cubs in order to comment.

Much research has been fulfilled in the manner of relations of Pokémon and cubs, and it's clear that neither one's region of living nor social status creates a great discrepancy with the sexual abuse rates towards cubs. This leaves the lead variable of instinctual behavior as defined by generations of evolution influencing individuals based on their born sex. Evolutionary demands are known to be able to change a species as a whole in a very short time, as the vast majority of Pokémon genomes are highly adaptive. Its effect on sexual differences are shown to be pronounced even across only a few generations, which is an extremely short amount of time given the biological history of Pokémon and the beginnings of life itself.

As is well known and taught in history classes, the ancient empire of Kalos is used as a common example of a destructive and antagonistic society culminating in a long line of conquerors, all of which were shemales. The royal family was known for their proclivities towards brutality of all ages of Pokémon of the regions they conquered, long-standing records show. They used their power and influence to obtain women and cubs, forced them into slavery, abused them for sport, participated in terrible sexual practices, and even had them killed for food. The ideas of racial purity and shemale superiority, brutal conquering of land and its people, and the threats and usage of powerful weaponry and technology of ancient Kalos can be felt even today.

After many centuries of the empire being long gone, a stigma exists against shemales due to not only the actions of ancient Kalos, but also the actions of shemales participating in unorthodox activities which can be seen as obscene, or criminal offenders, which can affect the public image of the sex as a whole due to their lower population. Shemales are frequently ostracized, prejudiced against in decision-making, targeted more commonly in hate crimes, and are often driven through societal pressure and mental disorders to hide or physically change their appearance, expression, and/or sexual characteristics to pass as an apparent female in order to function to their desired status in society. Over the centuries, it's believed that the shemale sex has lost its gender role in society from ancient times, with the modern shemale most commonly accepting feminine roles, privileges, and expectations given their often similar appearance. The disproportionate focus of shemales being obsessed with sex and cubs can be attributed to this stigma and those taking advantage of social hysteria. Shemale biology consists of what can be seen as a unique mixture of secondary sexual characteristics of male and female individuals. Possessing sexual genitalia similar to males and enlarged mammary glands similar to females, the shemale sex has a reputation, both positive and negative, related to sexual prowess and expectations. While their fertility towards producing cubs is much lower than males, shemales are known to have a drastically heightened sense of pheromones and sensitivity in comparison, as well as a more intense adrenaline response compared to the other sexes, these in combination leading to a high percentage of shemales being prone to aggressive tendencies, particularly in a social context, though not necessarily sexual. The shemale body's usual muscle and fat distribution are also indicative toward effecting short bursts of great strength and speed. Although shemales tend to have a lower life expectancy than the other sexes due to higher autonomic function imposing greater stresses, the potential virility and bodily autonomy of shemales does not significantly decline without illness even at an elderly age. This physical performance in combination with mental aggression and sensitivity likely served a useful purpose in pre-historic Pokémon tribes, with shemales' gender role being theorized in studies to often be a hunter, warrior, and/or high-ranking caregiver or leader within said groups, and may also have been in competition with each other for said positions.

Differences among the Pokémon species that have shemales currently tend to be minimal, aside from the stated biological differences above, with most shemales having greater physical performance than the other sexes. There are exceptions to this, mainly of Pokémon species that evolved for natural fighting talent, which males and even some females surpass shemales, though mainly due to the population differences and for any species that have substantial physical differences between sexes. For species that have males and females but no known shemales in their population, it is generally accepted that shemales did not develop due to either a lack of evolutionary necessity or simply pure chance. In most cases with species that have minor differences in physical appearance between sexes separate from sexual characteristics, 96% of shemales biologically express female features, for example, the notched tail end of a Pikachu tail.

Shemale populations appear to be higher among species with fur, ears, muzzles, and tails, with the species falling under this category having an approximate 16% birth rate, with males at 44% and females at 40%. Not including species without shemales, the lowest birth rate of shemales occurs among species that have a large percentage of bodily makeup consisting of minerals, with a less than 1% birth rate. This discrepancy supports the idea that shemales developed through evolution as a social necessity for hunter-gatherer tribes of Pokémon, with archaelogical studies showing at least 76% of these tribal species being those with fur, ears, muzzles, and tails, also colloquially known as 'furries' or 'fuzzies' by the general populace. Cub sexual abuse cases involving adult shemales also appear to follow this distinction, with more than 94% of reported cases of the cub in question being one of these species, indicating a clear preference that appears to be independent of the standard species relationship rate. Even shemales that don't fall under the 'furries' species groups have a preference towards cubs of those species, further supporting the hypothesis of shemale-cub fetishism having grown from ancient gender roles of these species.

Anonymous surveys were conducted with teenagers and adults of various species, sexes, and ages to gather information about sexual interactions with adult shemales. While a large percentage of those surveyed reported sexual encounters with an adult shemale by the age of 15 (32%) it was reported that 65% of those interviewed did not feel they were abused, while 22% felt they were abused, and 13% had no comment. There is a noted discrepancy with the other sexes in this manner. Respondents involved with adult males and underage at the time of a sexual encounter report 26% not feeling they were abused, 43% feeling they were abused, and 31% had no comment. Those involved with adult females report 48% not feeling they were abused, 28% feeling they were abused, and 24% had no comment. With assurance of anonymity, several respondents felt the need to point out their positivity with spending time with an adult shemale sexually, feeling a sense of safety and companionship, and a different sort of feeling of attachment compared with male and female sexes. These reports of course were not consistent with aggravated sexual assaults, of which the incidence was 15% among those surveyed.

In similar studies with adult females and males having sexual relationships with shemales, those surveyed declared a greater appreciation for their relationships, the divorce and other types of separation rate was lower, and those that had divorced or separated had greater rates of amicable separation. While the influence of shemale relationships appears to be different between various ages, we recommend visiting our affiliates for more information, as further detail on this subject is beyond the scope of this paper, focusing on pre-adult relationships.

Closely monitored studies of shemales interacting with cubs show that shemales describe the young as potentially having a kind of scent that often causes them to feel a kind of anxiety, as several study volunteers have stated. This smell, which can be obtained in close proximity, and is not guaranteed, can be attributed to a pheromonal response which shemales are more sensitive to, increasing their heart rate and focus in a similar manner to anxiety and the fight-or-flight response. A notable percentage of the tested volunteers (61%) have admitted experiencing a form of attachment to the individual cub after obtaining this smell, with nearly half of those claiming to have associated sexual arousal. Followup reports indicate many experiencing a 'brain fog' while thinking of the smell, resulting in minor obsession for several minutes to hours, to major obsession affecting daily function lasting days. All of the previous effects are more pronounced if the cub is present at the time of obtaining the smell. Blind separation tests significantly reduced the effects.

Parents of the same cubs have also shown that they recognize the scent of their own cubs, but do not have the same reaction, nor do they notice any special scent of cubs other than their own. This interaction is well-studied for parental relations regarding social grouping. While not all shemale-cub pairings yielded a pheromonal response, that shemales have a unique reaction to cubs regardless of relation or any previous attraction they didn't have makes a further case for some sort of instinctual reaction out of their voluntary control.

In further controlled studies of cubs' reaction to shemales, cubs as well experience a 'fuzziness in their head' when exposed to a shemale's pheromonal scent when a shemale is stressed, including double blind studies, and even without the shemale visually observed by the cub. This effect is increasingly pronounced with the deeper that the shemale in question is in a rutting state, which seems to induce an increased heart rate and focus similar to shemales' response to cubs, and even a sexual bodily response has been recorded with frequency in the young, despite the lack of physical and sexual maturity or any knowledge of sexual interactions. This unique, involuntary, and often sexually relevant response between shemales and cubs indicates an irrefutable instinctual connection between the shemale sex and those of a young age.

From the studies collected and the ongoing investigations, it is our conclusion that the shemale sex is a specially evolved gender role to encourage bonding and companionship among a social group, with both females and males, from ages young to old. They could be understood to be a mediator, a caretaker, and likely more often than not, a collective parental or leadership figure for the groups to look up to. Sexual practices are known to have calming and cathartic effects on the instinctual drive and for psychological relief, and in ancient times was known to be an important process of bonding with others. Yet, for shemales, it appears as though it can be seen as a method of benevolent pacification and encouraging love and harmony within a group, regardless of their age. This combined with an ingrained ability and recorded frequency of natural, comfortable companionship of the shemale sex among the other sexes and certain species leads us to conclude that shemales had, and may still have, an important role to play in our society as it had been long ago.
