  "description": "So I've been sitting on the idea of drawing some pics of my characters when they where younger to go into some backstory. I ended up going with it. So here is Surgeon before her Surgery again.\n\nThe Surgeon was far from popular growing up. Well, popular in a good way at least. Her nose was one thing, but the overbite became quite a focal point for school hard teasings if not a reason to not be near her in the launch room. It's hard to eat food properly when you can't physically close your lips and it doesn't just make a visual for others around you. Surgeon was quite aware of this, along with other things and lets just say she let it get to her in ways proved bad for her health. very bad for her health. People can't make fun of how you eat if you simply don't, hell maybe they can look past your face if they like your size 0 super model figure. That's what boys like, right? \n\nYeah yeah, I'm touching on a pretty dark subject and some might not like it. I've been spinning these ideas in my head for a while, not to mention taking reference from those around me who have had similar life experiences. Simply put it, there was a reason Surgeon wanted the change, and there is a reason she tends to prefer people call her Surgeon. \n\nIf some of you are wondering how old she is in this pic. I was originally thinking Highschool, but this could be early collage as well, though by then Zena made it a goal to intervene, as much as she could at least. She didn't have her change until later in her PHD",
