Character background


Once, she was just an ordinary Pokémon — a Plusle, living in a secluded village with her family and her twin sister.
Their life was quiet and peaceful... until the War of Two Crowns turned their homeland into a field of military conflict.
The two kingdoms began capturing Pokémon — not as companions, but as potential soldiers for genetic modification programs.

Plusle was taken by Exelarium — a city whose people believed themselves to be the supreme light, bearers of enlightenment, truth, and great knowledge.

They didn’t see a cute creature or a companion in her.
Her abilities were seen only as a foundation for their future warrior... the perfect pawn, someone who could be sent anywhere, into any enemy stronghold.
Pawns were often promised great titles and honor, praised as "irreplaceable" elite warriors of the crown — if they reached the enemy’s castle and conquered it.

She became nothing more than a prototype — the ideal base for a warrior meant to be the cornerstone in the creation of a special combat unit consisting of eight genetically modified beings.

Their bodies, powers, and even minds were reshaped — leaving behind only an echo of their former nature.

Upon awakening in her new, altered and enhanced body, Unit 1.0 realized for the first time that she was something more than just a creature.
She remembered nothing of her past life, but she already knew clearly which crown she belonged to, and what her purpose was.
