Jynx huffed a quiet apology before focusing back in on the task at hand. Satisfied, she then turned her attention to Sara, still somewhat flustered at her sister's words. She leaned over and placed a hand on her kitten's shoulders. "Look, I know you're much less open about these things than your sister and I. It's okay, you don't have to do this if you really don't want to. But you know how much daddy likes to see us like this. He's going to love this when he sees it. Don't you want to help make your daddy smile?" Sara nodded; of course her mother was right. Still...
