He is bed-ridden still, and I doubt he will ever actually get out of it before the cancer carries him away, but we need to make his life as liveable as possible and do not want to leave him alone.\n\nAs such I needed something to do when I am there, so I have been busy with the carving knives getting the basic shape of these pieces set. Right now I have taken the sander to the beak of the main mask, but need to get the small hinges I am planning on using in the lower beak before I can get around to shaping it further. The goal is to be articulated so I can snap it.\n\nYes, this is my version of a fursuit. Being a west coaster I adore native masks, so when I knew I was a grey raven, I had to make one for myself. The pain will be getting the cedar cloak I will need and the fringe stuff.
