The way she was sleeping was still that of a young owl, lying flat on the ground on her belly. The mirror may have infused her with magic and aged her up, but it never taught her how to sleep like an adult owl. Nor did it tell her that grown-ups usually didn’t wear diapers.\nShe had figured that diaper part out for herself over the centuries after devouring all kinds of grown-up furs, none of which wore a diaper, but she enjoyed the feeling of warm mush coating her butt, so she never cared what other grown-ups were doing.
