It was our first full day taking care of him, watching him like a hawk to see if he's chewing at his incisions or stitches. Infection is his biggest enemy right now, and we have to watch intensely for any signs of further complications. He DID eat a full meal today, which is huge. \n\nAnd to thank you for your generosity, Sketch Club will return in October for 2 months! I -was- going to start it as early as tomorrow but then I realized how hard it would be to set aside 3 hours when Rocky needs so much monitoring. He needs to be kept comfortable and resting, not excited or trying to do things he DEFINITELY shouldn't for the first 2 weeks. After the 2 week mark, his stitches should be fully healed, so we can start to relax on watching him. \n\nA nicer, big ol' thankyou image is coming soon.
