After Sharon's training was finished, Maria the Cat gave her a mission to investigate the lack of communication with the Cyberdyne division and had Fae and Tipton accompany her on the mission. When Sharon arrived at Cyberdyne and saw the HQ for the Pussyfoots was destroyed and found a group of survivors in the sewers under the HQ (50 ninjas and 50 students were left).
after reporting in, Maria gave Sharon a new objective making her the new leader of the Cyberdyne division of the Pussyfoots to rebuild the group, Fae and Tipton were permanently transferred to the Cyberdyne Division to aid Sharon.
Fae is a Sourisian who was cursed with eternal youth (so her real age is unknown, but rumor has it that she has lived since Silverscar, the original Hokage of the Pussyfoots and Maria's super great grandmother, led the Pussyfoots), hence she can never die of old age (she can die any other way) or grow up, but by the Pussyfoots she gets treated like an adult.
After completing her training, she trained in the infirmary with the top doctors and became a nurse. She seldom goes off on missions because even the best ninjas needs medical attention at times (even going as far to treat ninjas of any clan even evil ninja clans, but most the times it goes wrong.)

Plus she is in Swords of Sex, but a minor character.
