Four days since her meeting with the self-proclaimed ’demon’ and the gamete samples had grown into a sterling research subject. Bulky, strong, daemonic appearance and all the rage of its… ’father’ on display. "Do you require my assistance?" No no, just… hurry! C’mon, almost got the shackle on…! :YOU CAN’T CONTAIN ME FOREVER!: {Watch us, asswipe!} Rubicon grimaced at the sight, groaning a bit as the iron circle above the black-white demon started to lower, engines cranking and gears whining above the silver-blue metal ceiling. Runes lit up in the corners of the room, beginning their anti-magic work as the lab locked down. "All in the name of science, Rubicon. Gather the petri dishes, I wish to begin with blood reactions." Horizon walked on over to the nude, thrashing baticorn on the table, pulling on her rubber gloves as she wheeled over the tables with all her tools. Scissors, cotton balls, napkins for sweat collection, needles, keys to the shackles and a small screen harvested from a Pip-Boy on one table. Scalpels, tweezers, clamps and other medical implements on another. Syringes and an entire array of both empty and filled bottles, a few containing multicolored, gurgling liquid, on the last table. :What do you plan to do, witch? You know nothing can hurt me. I’ll break out of here, I’ll kill your servants and impregnate you both. : {I said sh—} "Steel." The pegasus silenced himself, glancing over at the doctor through his red-lensed gasmask. He watched as Horizon leaned in, setting a hand on the beast’s chest as the stallions both looked on at her, pressing down on the monster’s arms. "Subject." :My name is Hallo.: "I do not care. You may have been a demon. You may have even been a God." She reached back and drew a scalpel from the table, bringing it over to the patient below her. She placed the blade against his cheek, drawing down. Red-green started to pool from the cut, dripping down the blade. "But even monsters bleed. And on my operating table, there is nothing that will not." :You won’t survive this.: "Correction." She stood back up as the clamps were set in, Hallo looking down at his bound wrists and ankles, then back up to Horizon. His heart skipped a beat as a shadow fell over the Doctor’s eyes, a smile on her face. "You won’t survive this." The rest of the recording was nothing but grinding gears, whirling drills, the horrified screams of a stallion, and the maniacal laughter of a mare whose every question was slowly being answered. Author’s Note: Sorry, I didn’t quite wanna write about what was going on in this image, but rather what took place afterwards. Horizon used this opportunity to collect sperm samples from her chance encounter with a very rare beast of the Wasteland. Utilizing these in an artifical womb with extracted eggs from numerous volunteers in Cirrus, she began growing her own ’demons’. Of course, these monsters did not share the same biology as Splint or Steel, known demons from Alcaric and the Underworld. Perhaps he was from a third realm she wasn’t aware of? Either way, a wall of red-green blood samples decorates the North wall of her lab to this day, continually being used in experiments to better understand both the beast itself, and its origins.
