", "writing": "[center][b][u]Chapter 12\nAqueous Opposition[/u][/b][/center]\n\nThe four were surrounded, flanked in every direction by those opalescent, slimy blue blobs that mindlessly ambled closer, driven only by the probability of food the young adventurers carried. With bated breath the boys held their weapons ready as the watery beings momentarily lay still, their translucent bodies rippling and glistening in the sun. Silence permeated the Dawnwood forest around them, tensity thick in the air, only punctuated by the wind rustling through the leaves above.\n\nThe first of the creatures finally lashed out a watery tendril at blinding speed like a whip at the young adventurers.”Tch!” Maverick gasped with his own adventurous habits kicking in as he darted out in front. With a dexterous sidestep and a flash of steel, his dagger severed the slimy extremity at the base of the beast itself. The tendril splat along the ground behind him, and he grinned in triumph as he went for another swing with his new daggers. \n\n“Gotcha…” He started, his cockiness showing itself for a single moment, but his moment was short-lived. “Gah! What the-!?” Maverick gasped, the wind knocked out of him as he hit the ground. He turned to find the severed sticky appendage engulfing his ankle and slowly forming back into yet another of the slimes, which now slowly climbed up his leg. With his fur standing on end, Maverick clawed at the thing climbing his leg to no avail, the watery thing simply reforming with every swipe.\n\n Suddenly, the creature began to crystallize before his eyes, until the slime coating his leg solidified into a cold mass, to Maverick’s confusion. The young rogue looked up to see none other than Liam, grasping his staff with trembling paws and breathing heavily, the catalyst on his staff glowing a frosty blue. \n\n“Don’t worry, I gotcha!” Daniel reacted quickly, using his sword hilt to shatter the frozen slime, crumbling it and freeing Maverick’s leg. Maverick stared up at Liam for a moment, and grinned with a determined look in his eyes. His hand reached down toward Maverick, and eagerly the fox accepted, rising back to his feet now and back into position. All the other slimy creatures hissed as the severed slime dissolved into nothingness. Liam smiled nervously back, though visibly shaken on the reality of the situation. This was real, not just an epic fight he had read of in story books, but a struggle to survive for not just themselves but these creatures as well.\n\n“Look out!” Kevin yelled, just as the three noticed the rest of the slimes leaping at them from every direction. Three were already upon them, the moment as if in slow motion as the viscous blobs flew through the air directly at them. In an instant the ground opened beneath the slimes, and from the small fissures prehensile roots speared upwards and a web of gnarled wood and roots grabbed the creatures mid flight. The roots glowed with a verdant green aura, channeling magic energy through them as they squeezed the three blobs, crushing them until they violently splattered in every direction. Flecks of the scattered slime covered the three, but to their surprise the severed pieces seemed to melt and liquify into seemingly plain water instead of reform as the first one had.\n\n“Steel will not stop these things, you’ll only make more of them!” Kevin yelled back, already conjuring more vines to lash the beasts in front of him. Something about watching Kevin felt off to him as he watched the young lapine fend off the slimes, but his attention was given no time to dwell as a large blob almost as big as him suddenly loomed over the young mage. Liam’s eyes widened, and he instinctively threw his staff up defensively. He tried to think of a defensive spell from his spellbook, but he was too late as several tendrils wrapped around his body. His staff glowed bright as he readied another bolt of ice, but as he let the spell loose the tendril pulled his arm and the ice shard went wide, catching a smaller slime beside Daniel and freezing it solid.\n\nDaniel noticed the slime frozen beside him and shattered it quickly. He turned to Liam to speak, but his eyes widened seeing the young fox now being engulfed in the slime’s watery form. \n\n“Liam!!” Maverick and Daniel ran to Liam's aid immediately, but before they could get even close, two more giant slimes slithered into their path. Their tendrils lashing in the air threateningly.\n\n“Get out of my way!” Maverick snarled at the blob, slicing at its gelatinous flesh with his daggers like a madman as he tried to literally cut his way through the slime. Daniel did the same, hacking away at the giant slimes. “Dammit! Liam!” Daniel yelled out, splitting the slime in to two more half its original size.\n\nThe giant blob surrounding Liam pulled him in deeper, his mouth opening to cry out for help only to be met with a slimy appendage covering his mouth. He felt the gooey body of the creature soaking his body with its cool liquid form start to shift and pull back, and he immediately realized it was dragging him further into the forest, the beast presuming it had found its food and eager to retreat to safety.\n\n“DAMMIT!! I don’t have any way to use magic anymore… But, if these things just keep splitting, I’ll just keep cutting until it's in too many pieces to fight back!!” Maverick yelled, slicing furiously into the blob, dodging its lashing tendrils and slicing in every direction. Pieces of gooey flesh flung about the area in chunks and slivers as he hacked away in rage, determined to save his friend. Daniel sliced with his sword, equally trimming down the beast. \n\nKevin, noticing the situation, rushed over and with a swing of his staff, made the very ground gleam with aetherial energy beneath the once giant slimes that now looked like distorted masses of cubic angles with every slice, surrounded by smaller duplicates. All at once the smaller slimes seemed to sink into the ground into the aetherial energy. Kevin gritted his teeth, feeling his body straining as he spread the aether around the area to engulf the rest of the slimes in its magic aura. The veritable entourage of the elemental blobs hissed and rippled in fear as they began to dissolve, as if the grass was absorbing their watery bodies at an accelerated rate. The two boys continued to hack away, noticing the blob dissolving into the grass and making every chunk disappear the moment it hit the glowing ground.\n\nMaverick and Daniel yelled out even as the last of the now miniscule beasts struck their bodies with painful whip like lashes, until finally the beasts were small enough to break past. Kevin groaned out as he concentrated, feeling his body burn as he continued to channel his magic into the field, until finally the last of the beasts sunk into the earth, a dying bubbly hiss escaping as the last of it evaporated. Kevin gasped out heavily, releasing the spell and falling to his knees as he breathed heavily. However, their triumph came too late as their young friend was gone, taken by the giant slime back into the forest.\n\nMaverick rushed in, followed by Daniel, both chopping into the dense underbrush in a desperate attempt to catch up to the beast and their friend. Kevin watched tiredly as the two disappeared into the woods, and steadying himself on his staff he started after them. \n\n\n\nLiam felt the foliage of the forest slap against him, stinging his face and what little exposed parts of his body that weren't surrounded by the slimy beast that held him. He winced, trying to glanced down into the slime, his staff having fallen just out of his fingertips reach inside the creature’s translucent body. He struggled to grab it, but the slimes form was like a liquid muscle, tensing as it slithered its way through the forest. Liam could hear the familiar voices of Maverick and Daniel calling his name getting quieter as the beast took him further in. He tried to cry out, but the sticky flesh covered his face and he definitely did not want any of the substance inside his mouth. Finally the beast stopped after some minutes, and Liam struggled in vain in its grip to get free. The slime creature’s body squeezed down on the young mage, holding him tight. \n\nLiam could suddenly feel its wet and rippling body shift and churn around his legs and lower body and slowly writhe upwards over his bare chest. It was a strange and unsettling feeling, as little Liam felt the sticky fluid saturate his clothing and slip into every fold of his clothing. He felt unseen tendrils from within slink under the leg of his shortrobes, making his skin crawl as the snake like goo slithered around his groin. More tendrils began to crawl around all over his young chest, as if feeling around for food. The wet appendages covered him, and soon the boy’s whole body save for his head was surrounded by the slime, the beast seemingly aware it was holding a living being and sentient enough to not prevent him from breathing. \n\nThe tendrils sliding into his shortrobes surrounded his naked form underneath, the slippery things prodding around his young privates and moulding between his legs. The slippery appendages tucked under his scrotum and slid over his young taint, until Liam suddenly felt them stop over his hole. The little fox yelped out feeling the pulsing goo prod at his bottom, and as if on queue the muscley tendril covering his mouth slid inside, halting his cries. Tears formed at Liam’s eyes as the sticky mass violated his body, the boy now desperately trying to free himself. The gooey tendril in his maw seemed to expand, holding his mouth open while it explored its captives orifice. Thankfully the slime did not taste awful to Liam as he had feared, but it tasted more like the smell of morning dew and the musky hint of earth.\n\nHowever, as he felt the tendril slithering deeper and into his throat, he felt something detach from the tentacle and force its way down into his belly. He suddenly felt strange, as his body slowed and his skin began to tingle. He tried to move his fingers, but all he could do was twitch them as he felt his body becoming numb. Yet despite his inability to move, he could still feel the being sliding every sticky drop of its body all through him. He felt his shortrobes slipping off his hips with the constantly molesting tendrils movements, leaving his naked lower half unhindered to the creature.\n\nLiam gasped through his nose as the tendril between his legs slithered along his hole. He tried to clench his rear, but his body was not responding and suddenly he felt the tendril press up tight against his hole. His eyes widened as suddenly he felt his young pucker spread open slowly, the cold wet muscle of the slime pushing past his entrance and slipping inside his rear. The tendrils around his bits seemed to close around his boyhood, like a mass of watery tongues enveloping his body. Liam felt his cheeks turning a crimson hue as his body was continually violated. He twitched abruptly, a feeling like electricity shooting through his body that made his skin tingle. With the tendril inside his rear sinking deeper it had suddenly brushed up against something inside him that shocked the boy. Aqueous Opposition


The four were surrounded, flanked in every direction by those opalescent, slimy blue blobs that mindlessly ambled closer, driven only by the probability of food the young adventurers carried. With bated breath the boys held their weapons ready as the watery beings momentarily lay still, their translucent bodies rippling and glistening in the sun. Silence permeated the Dawnwood forest around them, tensity thick in the air, only punctuated by the wind rustling through the leaves above.

The first of the creatures finally lashed out a watery tendril at blinding speed like a whip at the young adventurers.”Tch!” Maverick gasped with his own adventurous habits kicking in as he darted out in front. With a dexterous sidestep and a flash of steel, his dagger severed the slimy extremity at the base of the beast itself. The tendril splat along the ground behind him, and he grinned in triumph as he went for another swing with his new daggers.

“Gotcha…” He started, his cockiness showing itself for a single moment, but his moment was short-lived. “Gah! What the-!?” Maverick gasped, the wind knocked out of him as he hit the ground. He turned to find the severed sticky appendage engulfing his ankle and slowly forming back into yet another of the slimes, which now slowly climbed up his leg. With his fur standing on end, Maverick clawed at the thing climbing his leg to no avail, the watery thing simply reforming with every swipe.

 Suddenly, the creature began to crystallize before his eyes, until the slime coating his leg solidified into a cold mass, to Maverick’s confusion. The young rogue looked up to see none other than Liam, grasping his staff with trembling paws and breathing heavily, the catalyst on his staff glowing a frosty blue.

“Don’t worry, I gotcha!” Daniel reacted quickly, using his sword hilt to shatter the frozen slime, crumbling it and freeing Maverick’s leg. Maverick stared up at Liam for a moment, and grinned with a determined look in his eyes. His hand reached down toward Maverick, and eagerly the fox accepted, rising back to his feet now and back into position. All the other slimy creatures hissed as the severed slime dissolved into nothingness. Liam smiled nervously back, though visibly shaken on the reality of the situation. This was real, not just an epic fight he had read of in story books, but a struggle to survive for not just themselves but these creatures as well.

“Look out!” Kevin yelled, just as the three noticed the rest of the slimes leaping at them from every direction. Three were already upon them, the moment as if in slow motion as the viscous blobs flew through the air directly at them. In an instant the ground opened beneath the slimes, and from the small fissures prehensile roots speared upwards and a web of gnarled wood and roots grabbed the creatures mid flight. The roots glowed with a verdant green aura, channeling magic energy through them as they squeezed the three blobs, crushing them until they violently splattered in every direction. Flecks of the scattered slime covered the three, but to their surprise the severed pieces seemed to melt and liquify into seemingly plain water instead of reform as the first one had.

“Steel will not stop these things, you’ll only make more of them!” Kevin yelled back, already conjuring more vines to lash the beasts in front of him. Something about watching Kevin felt off to him as he watched the young lapine fend off the slimes, but his attention was given no time to dwell as a large blob almost as big as him suddenly loomed over the young mage. Liam’s eyes widened, and he instinctively threw his staff up defensively. He tried to think of a defensive spell from his spellbook, but he was too late as several tendrils wrapped around his body. His staff glowed bright as he readied another bolt of ice, but as he let the spell loose the tendril pulled his arm and the ice shard went wide, catching a smaller slime beside Daniel and freezing it solid.

Daniel noticed the slime frozen beside him and shattered it quickly. He turned to Liam to speak, but his eyes widened seeing the young fox now being engulfed in the slime’s watery form.

“Liam!!” Maverick and Daniel ran to Liam's aid immediately, but before they could get even close, two more giant slimes slithered into their path. Their tendrils lashing in the air threateningly.

“Get out of my way!” Maverick snarled at the blob, slicing at its gelatinous flesh with his daggers like a madman as he tried to literally cut his way through the slime. Daniel did the same, hacking away at the giant slimes. “Dammit! Liam!” Daniel yelled out, splitting the slime in to two more half its original size.

The giant blob surrounding Liam pulled him in deeper, his mouth opening to cry out for help only to be met with a slimy appendage covering his mouth. He felt the gooey body of the creature soaking his body with its cool liquid form start to shift and pull back, and he immediately realized it was dragging him further into the forest, the beast presuming it had found its food and eager to retreat to safety.

“DAMMIT!! I don’t have any way to use magic anymore… But, if these things just keep splitting, I’ll just keep cutting until it's in too many pieces to fight back!!” Maverick yelled, slicing furiously into the blob, dodging its lashing tendrils and slicing in every direction. Pieces of gooey flesh flung about the area in chunks and slivers as he hacked away in rage, determined to save his friend. Daniel sliced with his sword, equally trimming down the beast.

Kevin, noticing the situation, rushed over and with a swing of his staff, made the very ground gleam with aetherial energy beneath the once giant slimes that now looked like distorted masses of cubic angles with every slice, surrounded by smaller duplicates. All at once the smaller slimes seemed to sink into the ground into the aetherial energy. Kevin gritted his teeth, feeling his body straining as he spread the aether around the area to engulf the rest of the slimes in its magic aura. The veritable entourage of the elemental blobs hissed and rippled in fear as they began to dissolve, as if the grass was absorbing their watery bodies at an accelerated rate. The two boys continued to hack away, noticing the blob dissolving into the grass and making every chunk disappear the moment it hit the glowing ground.

Maverick and Daniel yelled out even as the last of the now miniscule beasts struck their bodies with painful whip like lashes, until finally the beasts were small enough to break past. Kevin groaned out as he concentrated, feeling his body burn as he continued to channel his magic into the field, until finally the last of the beasts sunk into the earth, a dying bubbly hiss escaping as the last of it evaporated. Kevin gasped out heavily, releasing the spell and falling to his knees as he breathed heavily. However, their triumph came too late as their young friend was gone, taken by the giant slime back into the forest.

Maverick rushed in, followed by Daniel, both chopping into the dense underbrush in a desperate attempt to catch up to the beast and their friend. Kevin watched tiredly as the two disappeared into the woods, and steadying himself on his staff he started after them.

Liam could hear the familiar voices of Maverick and Daniel calling his name getting quieter as the beast took him further in. He tried to cry out, but the sticky flesh covered his face and he definitely did not want any of the substance inside his mouth. Finally the beast stopped after some minutes, and Liam struggled in vain in its grip to get free. The slime creature’s body squeezed down on the young mage, holding him tight.

Liam could suddenly feel its wet and rippling body shift and churn around his legs and lower body and slowly writhe upwards over his bare chest. It was a strange and unsettling feeling, as little Liam felt the sticky fluid saturate his clothing and slip into every fold of his clothing. He felt unseen tendrils from within slink under the leg of his shortrobes, making his skin crawl as the snake like goo slithered around his groin. More tendrils began to crawl around all over his young chest, as if feeling around for food. The wet appendages covered him, and soon the boy’s whole body save for his head was surrounded by the slime, the beast seemingly aware it was holding a living being and sentient enough to not prevent him from breathing.
