Zara's best friends in the world are Amber Walnut and Yazmin Carillo. She has other fair-weather friends at school as well as a younger mouse named Lana Rose who she is decently close with at this point.
Zara goes through crushes and online boyfriends frequently and her tastes seems to be ever-changing. One week she has crushes on more brutish boys, then it will change to brooding thuggish boys, then it will change to soft-spoken poet boys from Clamsburg.
Through all of this, Zara's relationship with Amber has always been almost at the level of 'girlfriend' but never quite passed that line. They certainly bicker like a couple though.
Zara has tons of enemies at school as she tends to get into fights a lot. None of them she remembers, though, and few of them are actively hostile.

Even though Zara technically lives in a 'house', to say the building was a shack would do a disservice to shacks everywhere. She lives with her stony uncle and two older, rambunctious cousins, Fairuz and Jinan, who could care less for the state of their home or property.
Money is always tight, food is scarce and every now and then there is no heat but a roof is a roof. Zara's room is in the attic. She thought it would give her the most privacy out of everyone, but she is visited by her cousins a lot so they can relieve their urges. Zara doesn't mind but they do tend to come by at the most inopportune moments.
Interests, Hobbies and Likes
Zara loves rap and hip-hip music culture and tries her best to emulate it through her actions in some way. Through rap she has also gotten into MMA and it is the one thing she and her uncle bond over. He even teaches her little fighting tips from time to time.
From this, Zara has private aspirations to be a fighter but is a little too skittish about losing in front of an audience bigger than a schoolyard.
Zara also adores showing off and will quickly model her clothing for anyone willing to watch. The love of showing off leads to her being somewhat of an exhibitionist.

Zara loves attention from guys but, at this time in her life, she is deathly afraid of people calling her slutty or loose.
