He defied all logic of what size cephalopod humanoids could realistically achieve. He was a marvel of muscle. He immediately won that competition, and then every competition he entered after that, starting a 6 year domination of the sport. Of course, speculation of how he got that big wasn't far behind. Brick knew that questions of that ilk would rear their ugly heads, so he made his workout regimen very public to assure people that it was just years of hard work that helped him achieve his goal. But while the general public were satisfied with the truth, his fellow competitors not so much. \n\nIn the final years of Brick's run in the bodybuilding world, he ended up with a rival. An upstart competitor that tried to show him up in the competitions, but would ultimately fail every time. He even tried emulating Brick's routine down to a tee, but wasn't achieving the same results fast enough. This aggravated the rival to no end causing him to ignore the logic that this was a regimen that Brick had been following over the course of a decade plus, and instead twisted it into the idea that he HAD to be using illegal substances, even though there was tons of proof beyond a shadow of a doubt that he wasn't. His jealousy was getting the better of him.\n\nAt what would become Brick's final competition at the age of 29, He once again won, with the rival achieving a very close 2nd. This was enough to push him over the edge. At the awards ceremony it happened. The rival let out an exacerbated scream then immediately tackled Brick to the ground and started pummeling him. Brick fought back in self defense, but they both ultimately ended up creating a scene. Both men had to be restrained by swarms of people.\n\nThe fallout of that fight was almost instant. The next day, the president of the bodybuilding association held a press conference with both competitors in attendance and announced that both competitors were banned from ever competing in the sport again and were stripped of their awards from that competition. As they left, the rival had let out a smirk of satisfaction. He knew he couldn't win, but he was glad that Brick didn't win either. A year would pass before anyone would hear from Brick again.\n\nMeanwhile over on the Adult Splatfest Circuit, things were heating up with the arrival of the Nudist Lovers, Mitch and Selene, shaking up the scene and them recruiting the Magical Mistress, Amy to their ranks. Speculation had been running rampant for months on who would be the 4th member of this new team that was forming and challenging the norms. There were no visible signs of any kind that would point to anyone in particular nor when they would show up if at all. So imagine the shock and fear during a random exhibition Turf War from the opposing team when they ran in toward center, only to see a running mountain of a man wielding a Dynamo Roller coming straight at them.\n\nPost match, the newest member of the team was interviewed as to why the \"Roller Savant\" decided to return after so long. His response was: \"I left the world of Turf War to pursue my passion of bodybuilding. My decision was made simple because of one reason and one reason only. With the rules set in place, there was no way anyone on the battlefield would appreciate the work I put in on my own body. As long as I had to worry about what I had to wear in battle, I felt stifled. However, times have changed. Where one door was closed for me, another one opens. And now I can return to my old love with a reignited passion, and teammates who share my philosophy of being able to show our bare bodies to the world.\"\n\n\n-----\nAnd here he is, the final member of Au Splaturale!
