Introducing my Deep Dragon, Rheince.  
He's mostly an Orca/Dragon Hybrid with various other traits from aquatic life forms.  He's not exactly sure how old he is, because most of his life has been spent simply living in the depths of the ocean.  It hasn't been until recently that he's actually chosen to come up towards the surface, feeling as though it was time for him to start siring some offspring.

The tentacles on his back actually make up his wings.  They're able to create a webbing between them that solidifies and allows the tendrils to act like proper wings and can extend to a total span of 20 feet.  He can also use this webbing to bind objects together or create temporary bindings on others as a defensive mechanism [or other... reasons].  Small, octopus like suckers line the underside of each tendril and help him grab onto various objects, so he can even use them to climb, grab, or otherwise manipulate various objects.
