"description": "This is Blue Bluewing, He is the Elemental Master of wind and interestingly is the only true elemental Master who is male (Dragon Starkyd is the best Cosmic elemental controller, but there is no one who has mastered Cosmic because it is simply too difficult. The Deities do not count as elemental masters, so Starky and Starlight can not count). \n\nBlue oversees Vapor City, a cloudy city floating miles above Kao's home in Ninja forest. It is made of various clouds and homes within them, as well as a large palace where Blue and his wife, Lilly live. He is the father of Sky Bluewing and the son of Celestia Tazya. Interestingly, despite him being the son of the Goddess, he protrays the status as if Celestia was a Starmaninjian who passed away of unknown causes and he works hard to honor her by spreading kindness around the whole world. There is no Starmaninjian with a bigger heart than Blue, despite him mastering the most destructive element of them all (and ironically too. A heavy storm caused him grief when his Son was struck from the skies, so he has to use his power aggressively to calm the storm). \n\nPersonality: Blue is extremely gentle and kind, having a very soft voice and never showing any sign of intimidation where he can avoid it. His ultra gentle nature comes heavily from Celestia, but it also just makes him feel good to help others out and make everyone feel happy. Due to living so high in the sky, he doesn't come across many people, but it works out that those who make the trip to Vapor city can be helped by the one who knows it like the back of his wing. Regarding his power, he is aware that Wind is a pretty destructive element when used in extreme proportions, but often prays that he won't have to use it aggressively. \n\nPower: Blue is the elemental master of Wind and has completely control over it. He can control the direction, speed, and power, summoning tornadoes and hurricanes with the flick of his wing and even floating by using the wind to lift his body up, even without flapping his wings. Despite his massive feet, he is much weaker in strength than Baiyo, being an Aerotazya as opposed to a Pyrotazya, but he is very flexible and amazing at magic and mobility. Coloring this guy was a bigger pain than I wanted. I was thinking of Peacock colors, but the dark blue and green just looked too redundant. I may in a future drawing splash some yellow on him for contrast. but I have no idea what to do about the blue looking really dark.
