Choral's a girl with a lot of ambition for an infant, very playful and energetic. While she may look more \"mature\" than newborn, she is a completely sea-born Starmaninjian and as such, children and adults tend to look very similar in physique, only different sizes. It keeps the design simple and the extra fat helps protect them from the pressure of the sea while keeping them bouyant. (Males naturally have slicker bodies, but they're designed to move a lot more than females, who tend to stay and nurture the young, hence females are naturally more defensive underwater as well).\r\n\r\nDespite being so young, her aquatic nature allowed her to mature at an incredible rate, based on the idea that all life came from the sea, the sea had the most time to advance itself and therefore, Choral seconds after birth could pose as a child and no one would know she just hatched (yes, Amphians lay eggs techncially, or they can). Runia finds her in the ruins of Coral city as the only survivor of an assault from the Intruders (the Intruders blamed Marine's Navy base for that, but Marine was away at the time, in the game Choral appears, Runia refuses to believe the Intruders, but that's for another time). Runia decided to take care of Choral and treat her as if Runia was her mother, but when Choral in a very baby Mario like fashion started to send out signals to call for her family, Runia knew that her family was still alive out there and they team up to find the Oceapheans and save Ocealand. Runia mostly takes a back seat and lets Choral do most of the exploring, though Runia does most of the talking because Choral can't speak at all. She's literally an infant so she doesn't know how to speak, unlike Tsuzi, who merely speaks Botanian, which can't be directly translated anyway. Most of Choral's speech consists of bubble blowing noises and high pitched sqeak noises from her tiny mouth.\r\n\r\nPersonality: Choral's personality is quite developed for an infant. She tends to be ever curious and always wanting to explore every corner of the world.
