I was kind of holding off on uploading this one mostly casue I drew her too big on the paper and had to scrunch up her body, but she looks so adorable and it's kind of the pose I was going for, so I decided to keep it for now. (All the planets are equal distance from the sun, but 4 of them revolve like a ring, this one sits on top and stands still, though some of the asteroids do move a bit). She's known as a Starblian, which names the beings born and raised in the Starlight Nebula.\r\n\r\nAs for Rizuna herself, Rizuna is a close understudy of Starlight, who actually freaked out when she noticed Starlight was torn in half and separated, then fell onto planet Starninja (coincedently, but luckily). For many years, Rizuna (often called Zuna for short) focused on trying to do Starlight's job until Starlight could return to rule over the Starlight Nebula as the Goddess of the cosmos. It took many many years of hard work and discipline, but Rizuna finally managed to get a good mastery over the element of Cosmic and is one of the few who learned the element on her own purely, rather than learning it inherantly (which is the only reason Starky's line learned it so quickly, it's a VERY hard element to master, being that no one has mastered it, not even Starky's ancestors (though Dragon, his father has gotten close). In the time she shows up, she comes across Kystar, Starky's chaotic doppleganger and the two decide to team up and work together to figure out the mystery behind why the universe had such a split and to put her powers and training to the test.\r\n\r\nPersonality: To put it simply, if you played Mario and Luigi: Bowser's inside story or Dream team, and you know who Starlow is, you know Rizuna's personality. If you haven't, then Rizuna is basically a semi-sarcastic type who is often focused on the mission, but can be pretty happy go lucky when things are going well. She's very sharp on words, often speaking her mind without regret, but her reason for being so direct is because she always wants to put the sanctity of the Starmaninjian universe in front. Even if she would otherwise sacrifice her own health to do so. Despite her sharp tongue in various occasions, she's still a very kind hearted soul who only has the best intentions in everything she does.
