representative of the watery Ocealand, Choral Oceaphy.\r\n\r\nChoral is actually one of the Planetary Guardians, a group of native Starmaninjians who chose to protect the planet by holding the key to saving it, just as Kao and Starky did years ago and Jeanette currently does now. Though the decision was somewhat random, these beings were chosen mostly by chance, but also due to their infancy, being born recently and setting themselves up to be able to protect the galaxy for years ahead.\r\n\r\nOf the guardians, Choral is actually the youngest of them all, being born shortly after Starky's grandchildren were born (though her egg is visible when Starky and Stardra first visit Ocealand), despite her young age and very feral demeanor, she is brimming with energy, and Queen Runia, the older twin sister of Marine Sealizard, ends up adopting her as her child after the Revived Intruders (soon to be renamed the \"Resistors\") destroy her home city.\r\n\r\nPersonality: Choral has a very bubbly and sweet personality. She can't speak though, but she can communicate by making various soundwaves so a native Ocealander must often translate what she says. She tends to like to show that she has more power than it seems, and much like a young toddler, she loves to do big things to impress those who guide her. Having an ever curious mind, she realizes that the world is a lot bigger than her, but that only gets her even more excited to really dive deep into...the air and see what's outside of the Ocean barrier.\r\n\r\nPower: Choral is an amazing mage for her age, able to control water and wind by moving her body, redirecting soundwaves, and dancing around. She often spits water at her enemies, which can sometimes be nothing more than a squirt gun, or as powerful as a Hydro cannon. Her fin like arms are not only great for swimming, but also flying, as she quickly learns how to do when she leaves the water for the first time (despite Runia's fear that she might not be able to breath outside of water, though that's mostly attributed to Runia's fear of being outside of water, kind of the opposite of Hydrophobia). She's very fast as well, but doesn't walk much if she can avoid it as despite her massive foot size, her feet are ULTRA soft due to her floating most of her life.
