The ghost Scarizu (or Rat) who haunts the Tempest Ocean after it claimed her body by drowning her along with her prideful ship. Now she sails commanding that of which has claimed her so that it may never claim another life again. Though she does have a reputation of being a rather eerie spirit that most don't initially wish to come across.\r\n\r\nPersonality: Stormy used to be a brilliant and bold captain. She worked hard to get shipments delivered all over and showed no sign of fearing even the most powerful of storms. This gave her a very courageous and leadership like role among those at the \"Tempest Isle\", a sea port at the edge of Tempest Ocean where Stormy used to live. At about the age of 900, she went sailing on a solo voyage to explore the mysterious Ruined Island, wondering why it was always surrounded by a huge hurricane. When she got close, she met and quickly befriended Thundra Topolina, who has been stuck on the island for most of her life. The storm did claim her as she began to set sail again, and sunk her ship along with her. When she surfaced, she became the ghost pirate many people know today. Her fur and skin turned deep blue and green and her body is now controlled by her spirit, making her completely invincible. As a result, her new personality is one of far more boldness and a bit of haughtiness. She tends to have an evil and dominating nature about her, but mostly coming from the fact that she \"beat death\". While many people fear her, people are aware that she can be a sweet soul deep inside, but is more likely going to be rather voluptuous.\r\n\r\nPower: Stormy is now a ghost and she can't feel any kind of pain, nor can her body be further destroyed. She can also fly via spirit energy, and control things like a poltergeist.
