It is easily my biggest personal project that I ever had since forever, having four characters all appear in one image and actually somewhat interacting with each other, all in full size. This image took about 10-15 hours to complete and 3 days worth of streams to do, but I'm happy with the final product for sure!\r\n\r\nAnyway, the premise of this image is that it takes place a few days after Kia went back to the underworld, and after the underworld was destroyed, it was thought that Kia was gone forever, but one day, as Wolfen, Kao, and Shredda were sitting down one night, Wolfen felt a glow surround him, like hands, but so lovingly and warm. He was lifted into the air and behind him, saw the ghostly image of his mother with huge beautiful wings ready to hold him softly. He streamed out tears of joy as he saw his mother again, and Kia promised him that she would always be with him, if he ever wanted to see her, she would be sleeping in his soul ready to come forth at any time. This allowed Wolfen to always feel as if his mother is alive in him and it gives him comfort to move on with his life in eternal bliss. \r\n\r\nTo explain Kao and Shredda there. Kia did tell Shredda that she wants her to take her place as Kao's wife because she knew that she would not be around anymore, having to fulfill the role of being the Starmaninjian underworld gatekeeper (or the Ghost Queen, as Shredda kept calling her). Shredda accepted this fate on Kia's request as Shredda was most like Kia and Kia felt bad for all that had happened to her. So Shredda lives by Kao as his wife and Kia moved on to do her duty, which after what happened earlier ended up being nullified, so she became a goddess instead as an apology from the goddesses for using her this way. \r\n\r\nThis image is very sad for sure, but it's not actually a reference to anything that has happened to me recently in real life (though it was how I felt years ago when my grandfather passed on my 12th birthday, hence Wolfen being 13 when his mother passed. I can assure you both of my parents are still alive and well.) But I wanted to ultimately draw this because I wanted to remind everyone that through death seems like the end all for everything and we all fear the day that it comes, we must all be thankful that our lives are not to be thrown away just like that. Every soul is eternal and in the grand scheme of things, what matters most is that we make the most of what we can to make ourselves and everyone happy. Never stress over minor things, never letting a morbid moment be the end of it all. Nothing secular will ever make you better or worse off than you'd ever be if you let your spirit be the better of you.
