gene of his parents, Starky decided to follow the Star side of Starmaninja, and take on the toughest element to learn in the galaxy, Cosmic. Being on a quest to master that difficult element, Starky's always seen dashing off on adventures, whether with his twin brother or not, he's always holding a huge smile, a wild personality, and ready to send any enemy to the stars and beyond! Starky's best friend and future wife is Starlight Cosmos, a female dragon who came to him from the depths of Space and landed on his satellite. He often lives in the Satellite and always keeps an eye on the stars to make sure things outside of the galaxy are just as in order as inside. and yes, Both the Dragon and the Manan are the same guy. He was born a Dragon, but the Manan form is his typical form for the same reason Kao is often in Manan form over wolf form initially.
