Naturally, she's on the TOP of Feline city's most wanted list and is always being thrown in solitary confinement with her typical straight jacket (which she's wearing here). The police have no clue who or WHAT she is, but it's clear she can't survive in the big city without causing chaos and the inhabitants to live in constant fear. Naturally, that's why she ended up being the mayor's WIFE!\r\n\r\nPersonality wise: Vanilla is fearless and does what she wants. She's the closest a Starmaninjian can get to being \"evil\" while still somewhat being \"not a villian\". She's not exactly a subbucus but she tends to act like one, almost like a grim reaper as she goes around scaring the inhabitants fearless and \"collecting thier due\" (which can include blood in some cases). Also thanks to Lucario for reminding me. Vanilla is VERY slick. She can trick her way out of prison and some how get people to do what she wants. Usually by being extremely freaky in what she does.\r\n\r\nHowever, when Choco Cate became mayor of Feline city, he asked to visit the prison and meet Vanilla. He knew she was the biggest criminal in the city but when he saw her (as displayed in this image), he fell in love with her and wanted her released to be his wife. This freed Vanilla (deeply against the officer's will) but also kind of changed her. She had to promise to no longer cause trouble in the city (to the police, Choco actually enjoyed it), but at the same time, she's protected to never be arrested as long as she keeps her promise. This was a good thing for everyone, but because Choco still loved Vanilla as that \"evilly chaotic\" type, he gave her her own Tavern where she could legally continue her practices. That's pretty much her back story. (She was also this way as a child, raping everyone she could meet and striking fear into everyone's hearts.
