"description": "This is Saiba, a Neutraninjian that specifically is partnered with Kao. Saiba was created by Siberia as an experiment to having Neutralite partners for the Starmaninjians to enhance their adventures. While Neutralites did exist before and even as pets, Saiba was the first one to be a \"partner\" Neutralite. The \"Partner Neutralites\" are a partner system akin to Digimon where if a Starmaninjian or Novaninjian befriends a particular Neutralite enough, they will be a team and the Neutralite will be able to enhance the Starmaninjian's abilities, a lot like an \"Animal buddy\" or \"Sprite\" concept. They can be raised to enhance the strengths of the particular Star, or cover the weaknesses, but their bond is like that of a pet and they are not interchangeable. Most Stars would have no more than 1 or 2, with Novaninjians having up to 4, but they are extremely adaptable. When a Neutralite has a really strong bond with their Starmaninjian, they can fuse to give the Starmaninjian incredible powers parallel to even the goddesses temporarily, though the super form does burn Saiba crystals to ensure the form isn't used too often and in most cases, requires a Goddess medallion from each of the Arch deities or a really strong bond to activate.\n\nSaiba herself is extremely playful and has a very sexy nature to herself, matching the way Siberia feels about Kao. Though she was made by Siberia, she actually is practically her avatar as the two interchange positions depending on the situation, and allows Siberia to spend quality time with her father without being a deity on the planet.
