"description": "This is Cecyl Chyranan, one of the Chycillian twins born from Mycelia. As the title indicates (as much as their backstory), he's pretty much an incubus who shares the goal of infecting the Starmaninjians with the Chycillian virus so everyone will give birth to Chycillians and they can essentially populate the world. He's pretty cool and cunning, easily seen as the \"mastermind\" type if not for his mother clearly being the brains of the operation, but his undying loyalty to the Chycillian cause makes him quite a threat to Botanorest, and mostly to Wolfen and his family who have history with Mycelia. Plus it's not meant to be a porno anyway, just touch upon some adult themes on occasion (or most of the time depending on the story).\n\n2. The blob on his chest are just veins bulging out, just like that on his feet. The Chycillians are mutants and it shows in thier eerie and alien designs. Though ironically, they're the only Wyvranans who live in Starmaninja, as Romancia, who is a normal Wyvranan is a goddess and otherwise is the only one of her species.\n\n3. I'll admit, technically Cecyl and Celia are the closest thing to genuinely having an incestuous relationship that's canonically implied, but their reason is they're the only ones of their species and therefore are the only ones who have a 100% chance of producing a Chycillian child, just as Mycelia had to do when she reproduced. Their dilemma is that Botanian genes will completely override the Chycillian mutation because the mutation is caused by a fungus infecting Mycelia when she was young, and since Botanians are part plant anyway, it's pretty natural to them. Other Starmaninjians from different continents are not immune to the virus, but since Botanorest is so far away from Starninja at the time Mycelia decides to invade (when the population in Starninja is high enough to warrant capturing it) and because Jeanette and Kao destroyed Mycelia's space ship, she's stuck in Botanorest thinking of a way to either rebuild her space ship, or infect the Botanians successfully. Therefore, thier options are pretty limited. It doesn't help Dracelia keeps getting in thier way with her own agenda, but her daughters are miles away on another continent thanks to a boat.\n\n4.Cecyl and Raisha have an interesting relationship. Cecyl is the only rival who actively respects Raisha turning her blindness to a strength and battles with her as if she can see better than those with vision. They do often sarcastically flirt with each other, but don't really have much interest in each other that goes beyond the banter. It's kind of the story of the Cop and the thief falling in love, but not really in love, kind of story, except it doesn't really go much further than banter because Raisha, being half botanian, is immune to the Chycillian virus anyway.\n\nC: \"Shame you can't bear my children...if you could, you'd be laying thousands of eggs a day!\" \nR: \"Oh, you'd like that wouldn't you.
