  "description": "Finally managed to color this after FINALLY managing to fix all the stuff I needed to stream once again. It was a fun stream. Hope to do more of them. \n\nAnyway, this form of Kao is known as Spirit Kao. He turns into this form whenever Kao Ninjaratzu and Kao Ratzu fuse together. Usually the form is temporary, but it is extremely powerful none the less. During the final moments of the Ratzu Saga, Kao Ratzu finally accepts Kao Ninjaratzu as his Starmaninjian host and they permanently fuse together to become one Kao. This is why for the most part he tends to act aloof and submissive, but when Kao fuses with him, he suddenly has all his memories. Both version of Kao are the same anyway. \n\nAs stated before, Kao's feminine appearance is a reflection of the fact that all Ratzus were female purely.
