He sadly only really remembers his father, but that's for another submission). He wanted to create a lot of stories too and one of his biggest pet projects was the \"Legend of Starky\", a boy with astronomical powers who would fly around in space and save the galaxy. The character \"Starky\" who he's permanently named after was a dragon and his love interest was Starlight Cosmos (who as you know was later made a Starmaninjian goddess as a tribute). However, there was one more character that was created and that's Rizuna. Rizuna was made to be an ultra intelligent computer program who would guide Starky and Starlight through space and be their \"Navi\" in a sense. She was sassy and tended to want to get in on the battle more than give tips on how to win, but being stuck in the computer realm, she couldn't do much outside the internet. \r\n\r\nFast forward to when Starky's reborn on Starmaninja, Rizuna was also born at the exact same time, as well as Starlight. This would be Starky's chance to actually live out his adventures, but also meet some new people on the way to expand his adventures further. Sadly, while he was meant to reach Rizuna very early in his life (which he does, but only for a little while), he actually ends up having to stop the Intruders from destroying the planet. It's kind of win win because that's pretty much how his story went. I'm thinking that Rizuna will be his spiritual navigator there too. \r\n\r\nFast forward to...after Starky's grandchild is born and you have the Rizuna you see right there. Starlight used her deity powers to make Rizuna real and no longer stuck in the computer realm, where she would be able to finally go around and battle enemies like she wanted to. Her adventure takes place in the Starlight Nebula and she has the power to go in and out of electronics, or into and out of the virtual world at will. Despite being electronic in nature, her powers are cosmic and psychic. Cosmic because of the interdimentional travel and psychic because she's ultra intelligent, even if she was a computer program.\r\n\r\nPersonality: Despite being real, she hasn't changed a bit. She's still sassy and sarcastic and tends to question everything. If you've played Mario and Luigi: Bowser's inside story or Dream team and you know how Chippy/Starlow acts, that's pretty much Rizuna. She seems serious and focused on the mission, but she is amusingly the type of girl who will get annoyed if there's a stain on her shirt or if she hears a cheesy joke, but is still all around fun to hang out with (and according to Kystar, Starky's evil doppleganger, really fun to mess with). \r\n\r\nPower: Rizuna has cosmic powers almost parallel to Starky thanks to Starlight giving her the gift. She also is psychic by Starky's design (which in his story, used to be \"Electric powers\" similar to how Magneto uses his magnet powers. She is about average in every stat except magic which she excels at and she can fly and breathe in space becasue she doesn't have to breathe.
