She came to the planet soon after but due to growing up in the rather barren, yet exotic region of space, she's extremely shy and often keeps words to herself, not out of fear of judgement, but simply due to her weakness in communication skills. Despite her nature, she's a very powerful cosmic mage, which is infact a very rare thing for a dragon (or anyone really) being born into mastering, and often uses her powers to destroy the enemies that oppose the planet. \r\n\r\nStarlight is also the best friend and future wife of Starky Starkyd, Kao's twin brother.
