These help him move those body parts where he otherwise would struggle (it's not physical, but nerve damage that paralyzed him). The neck collar allows him to speak, but it's a somewhat robotic voice and he never moves his lips to talk, since the sound comes from vibrations on his neck digitized through the S shaped speaker on his necklace. If he speaks verbally, he can only whisper really quietly and sounds like he's coughing. His pupils are white, the way to tell when a Starmaninjian is blind is they have white or very bright colored pupils. And the metal receiver in his ear allows him to hear stuff, but mostly just plays music or amplifies his own thoughts. The Cane is not a weapon. it's a blind walking stick. He uses it to see where he's walking and to keep his balance (using a laser that comes from the tip, which sends signals directly to his brain through his arm, that's why it doesn't touch the ground). \n\n3. Lucky was right handed, but now is left handed as his right hand is pretty useless for dexterity. The rings on his right wrist are mostly for decoration.\n\n4.
