went back and started listening to some of John Williams music, especially one of my absolute all time favorite pieces he's ever done, \"Duel of the Fates\"(swear to god he must have been channeling some higher level when he wrote this cause FUCK IT'S AWESOME!). \nAlso decided to watch \"Lord of the Rings : The Fellowship of the Ring.\" Got to the Balrog and thought \"This scene would be AMAZING if you put \"DotF\" to it, so I went and watched a vid clip of it but with it's soundtrack turned down and Duel playing. I was right. It was! \n That got me thinking I've not done ANYthing lately with the guys especially Kevin so I drew these two sketches up using DotF as my audio inspiration and the Balrog as the visual, started to play around with color and that's when it happened. I don't know how I missed this technique but I used a different tool and setting..and made a breakthrough! A REAL breakthrough!! \n I started having FUN drawing again!! It made me WANT to make mistakes so I could learn from them and get better!
