him 3 times or they're MERKs who hunt him and his friends. One of the ones he DOES call family is Mary Ann Conner, a young research assistant to the hated Dr. Mathias Cutter who took over for Dr. Ivan Sveegee after he \"left\" the program. Dr. Cutter, along with being both a brilliant and capable scientist, was also a raging ego who believed anyone NOT as smart as him, especially if they were female, were his personal slaves and were treated as such. They were also expected to attend him in his \"private lab\" where \"favors\" would be granted for both academia and personal rewards. Since he was head and chief scientist of the research dept. his word and demands were all. Most young female assistants grudgingly accepted this, either that or they were fired or \"left\" on their own. One who didn't was Mary Ann. Assigned as Toxy's personal keeper when he was captured a 2 time the two became close friends because not only did she work for him but she knew Dr. Sveegee personally and Toxy trusted her. Because she was the only one Toxy would talk to, and because she had repeated rebuffed him, a very angry and embarrassed Dr. Cutter decided it was time to up the ante. A few months after Toxy escaped for the 2 time Mary Ann was called into Dr. Cutter's \"Private Lab\" where she was suddenly and brutally attacked and almost rapped, but she fought back with a ferocity that startled even the doctor, tearing his face badly and losing her left eye in the process before falling against a table leg and into unconsciousness. Enraged Dr. Cutter took her to the main genetics lab and injected her with an experimental and very unstable mutagen which he hopped he could blame on her carelessness and when the transformation was deemed irreversible, she could be euthanized without any questions. However once she was injected the mutagen not only repaired her wounds it transformed her into a small rat creature that quickly escaped and fled into DEADLAND. At the time, being only 2\" tall and weighing about 50 lbs Dr. Cutter decided that a search wouldn't be necessary as she would probably be eaten by the first thing she ran across. He wrote his report and smiled, concluding he dodged a major bullet. \n Mary Ann almost DID get eaten by several Rag Dolls once she was out..and managed to hide just long enough for something to chase the Dolls away, that something being Toxy himself, who just happened to be in the area. He found the small rat creature but didn't immediately know who it was until he discovered her \"Toxic Avenger\" tattoo on her left arm. Horrified he realized what had been done to her and that even though she was alive the mutagen was still working and she would be dead within hours. Still young and inexperienced in his own abilities, Toxy did the only think he could think of to try to save her, he cut his hand and hers and pressed his blood into her. The result was immediate and amazing. In the span of 5 min she grew to 8 feet tall with a mass of more than 500 lbs. When her growth spurt was done she suddenly sat up, shrieked once and fell back on the ground not moving or breathing. Toxy, terrified that he killed her, fled. But less than 30 seconds after he did she opened her eyes, both now working, and sat up again, completely recovered but much MUCH different than she was before. As she did her new eyes saw Toxy running away and she tried to call to him but he was too far away. It was then she saw herself in a pool of water near by, remembered what had happened, and with a snarl that became a roar of rage she raced back to SynnGynn where she discovered that she had the strength of a 1000 D-11 bulldozers and a body that was all but invincible. She smashed down the titanium-carbon fiber doors of the main gate like tissue paper, destroyed all the guards and droids that tried to stop her and made her way to Dr. Cutter's living quarters where she proceed to rape him till he bleed like an unstopped faucet, then tore him to pieces and burned everything in his room with her laser vision, taking one of his iconic black tie and wrapping it like an eye patch over her left eye, a reminder of what he was, and what she had become. \n As she was leaving a burning and exploding SynnGynn she abruptly ran into Toxy who and come to see what happened to SynnGynn. The two just stared at each other for several moments before Toxy suddenly ran to her and leapt into her outstretched arms, the two exchanging a silent teary reunion. Toxy then took her hand and lead her away to his newly created home Oasis where she still lives. \n\n\nOk I went overboard with this description / story.
