It must be noted that when creating things of this nature you must exercise a VERY delicate balance of discipline and freedom for your operatives so they can let their imagination run wild but not so much they create "doomsday" devices that are beyond control and would turn on you in a split second.
Unfortunately...
MONNA (Military Organic NaNite enhanced Attack drone) started OUT as a standard vat grown featureless humanoid soldier but designed with Deadpool lvl regeneration and T-1000 lvl adaption / weapon deployment abilities. If left at that point MONNA would have been commissioned, used and when it had outlived it's usefulness recycled for parts and that would have been the end. HOWEVER the scientist working on it was not only a true genius but he was also a SERIOUSLY disturbed individual (As Eric Eagle said "He's not quite right in the head!!") and decided to "modify" HER (as he started referring to MONNA now), giving her additional equipment and programing that was defiantly NOT what her commissioners asked for! As he put it to his buyers "She's now Fully Functional!" The buyers were NOT amused and demanded he remove all unnecessary "parts and programing" in 48 hours or not only would they NOT purchase "her" but they would never do business with SynnGynn again! Needless to say the scientist was Also given an ultimatum : Do what the buyers wanted or be fired with NO chance to work for ANY scientific establishment EVER! ANYWHERE! AND be sued for money and time lost.
The scientist not only did NOT remove her special "equipment" he boosted her nanite abilities so far beyond spec she acquired true demigod lvl power and modified her programing to essentially make her almost invincible! When he brought her to the Buyers base two days later he unveiled her and said with a grin "I think you'll like her now!". With that opened her containment and she proceeded to destroy not only the Buyers base and everyone there including the scientist but she made her way back to SynnGynn and began attacking them. It took every resource they and 3 armies had to finally subdue her and get her back into a containment vessel, then lock her in a special vault 5 miles below SynnGynn where she was forgotten for almost 300 years untill Toxy Timmy and Jai discovered her while investigating what was left of the old SynnGynn site. She attacked them but was quickly subdued then, with Timmy's help, purged of the demon's the scientist's programing had put into her at which point she was welcomed into Toxy's family where she remains to this day.

The background is a photo unfortunately because I couldn't get the background to come out right. I do plan on replacing this later but for now it works and is pretty much the look I was going for. :)
