It caused much consternation among the scientists and researchers in SynnGynn and in many gov. agencies in NUEurope but getting there to examine it was \"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"risky\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"\"!\nDrones sent to investigate it send back much conflicting information, when they were able to, and the few researchers who DID try to do an on site examination either went completely insane or never cam back..OR came back either in pieces or.........different! SO after several attempts the scientists decided to just go what what info they had and hopefully make another sojourn there in the future. Though the scientists never found out what the obelisk WAS (a time/space gate (Toxy and the gang knew that the moment it landed)) they did get some disturbing and scary images of HUGE and HORRIBLE creatures living just beyond it's edges in the furthest reaches of space! The scientists were concerned that should these creatures ever breach the containment of the gate they would destroy the universe. They were trying to figure ways to deal with these creatures when one day, all transmission from the Obelisk stopped. Pictures from the remote cameras revealed that the Obelisk had been totally destroyed and the remnants of a huge claw were scattered among what was left.  Since all attempts to affect the Obelisk including ways to seal it up or destroy had met with failure the scientists were at a loss as to what happened, UNTIL the last image from one of the remote cameras was finally opened and all became clear.\n\nA little homage to one of the greatest and most innovative movies ever made on it's 50th Anniversary \n\nToxy, Sandy the Squirrel The Dismal, Holy S*it AZ, SynnGynn, NUEurope, all art and story  c. 2018  @KNIFE\n\nThe Obelisk (Monolith)  c. 2018  Stanley Kubrick and Arthur C.
