only son to an accident that was his fault. So using his groundbreaking knowledge of genetics he healed his son with the only genetic material that he had on hand, that of a large black lab rat. The process was successful...sorta. Ben was alive..but he was slowly transforming into a human-rat hybrid with some extra abilities that his father gave him to help survive. Ben was a good son but it was getting harder and harder to hide his changes until at school he was accosted by a bully who ripped his shirt and exposed his black as night fur. This caused the bully to panic and hit Ben with a baseball bat he was carrying, and this tripped Ben's survival instinct and he literally tore the bully and his 4 friends to large bloody pieces. Ben tried to go home but when the authorities came by, not the least of which was the military unit his father was working for who naturally wanted to take Ben with them, Ben realized he had to leave and never come back. Unfortunately while he was with his father the Military came and tried to forcibly take him, his father fought back and was killed with friendly fire. This was all it took for Ben's TRUE abilities to kick in and within 5 minuets he not only killed every soldier in the room but destroyed three heavy transport trucks and one armored personal carrier before fleeing into the large drain culvert that was nearby. The military called in reinforcements and started down the tunnel, where almost half way in when suddenly there was a blinding bright light at the far end..and then nothing. The military searched for months but Ben was never found. Witnesses questioned gave no useful information...except for one soldier who, being at the very front of the unit, swears to Jesus he saw a large portal suddenly appear, and a small \"naked green bunny boy\" (the soldiers EXACT words) about Ben's age take him with him to....wherever the portal went.
